It was 2007, a normal afternoon, and I was watching video's on YouTube. I do not really remember what I was looking for, all I know is that I started to post my own video's on YouTube and started to click on other people's videos that caught my attention. I saw a little thumbnail image with a title about 2012 above it. I was interested in many things, including 2012, so I clicked. The video started with what I thought was a 12 year old little boy, breathing in deeply and then starting to speak. I first thought it was a little kid and his friends having fun together, but I kept on listening out of curiosity. And the more words I heard coming out of the persons mouth, the more I was impressed with the common sense of it. It was about that 2012, nothing will change and that we have to be the change in all moments not depending on any date or prediction.

There was a link to this "desteni" website, which I had no clue about what it was, but I decided to go there and introduce myself. Because I am pretty fast in introducing myself and jumping into discussions online, because I was always interested in finding out more. I had been searching for "the truth" for a long time, and felt out of place in this world. I used to look out of the window to the stars and cry because I felt like my life was not on this planet, but somewhere on another planet. Like I was feeling homesick. Also I was depressed a lot about the state of the world, and about who I had become, about my own imperfections, my frustrations, my vanity, my self pity... I had no clue what to do about the world, because all I wanted was for all the abuse to end. But all I saw was hate, and thousands of believes battling against each other, and people going into fake relationships and only caring about sex, animal abuse, poverty and starvation etc... Thinking about it every single day made me ill.

On the desteni forum I found all kinds of topics about these issues, and that really sparked my curiosity. I wanted to find out everything they had to say about it. Not that I was going to believe it, but I was open for it, because I don’t know everything. The messages often came back to a common sense point that requires no believe what so ever. It only requires you to be self-honest and face yourself in brutal honesty. And I like that. I started to learn how to be honest to myself without hurting myself and going into depression. To face my own issues and to overcome them, to not let them affect or influence me, and to stop the patterns programmed within me. I learned to overcome my fears about my self-image and others. Because if we do not change the things within our selves that cause friction on a large scale, problems will keep arising, inequality will keep arising. So I found it very important to do this, for myself and for everything else. Because the desteni message was also focused on changing the world situations, which was exactly what I wanted. And we have compiled this into a FAQ about the Equal money system that is very handy for people who are just getting to know it.

Right now it is 2012 and I have not been depressed in years, I have faced some of the most difficult fears that I had, and the desteni message is stronger than ever. We are growing and launching various projects to be able to have more impact. One of them is publishing our writing, to bring in funds that can move us forward within this system to change it. 30 rules of the money system

Rule 1. Money is of ultimate value. Given a choice one should always do that which gives one more money.

Rule 2. Without money one is not allowed to eat, drink, sleep, have a home, become educated, or have transportation.

Rule 3. One may work for money, but one must have money in order to travel to and from work.

Rule 4. To earn more money, one must have an education. One must understand how the money system works and the rules by which it operates, however no one will be told the rules unless they pay money to learn them.

Rule 5. Anyone may kill, rape, torture, extort, libel, slander, and in any other form abuse anyone they wish as long as they have enough money to cover it up, pay off those they have abused, pay off those who would investigate the abuse, pay enough money to those who write laws restricting the specific abuse, or to simply hire enough people as bodyguards to protect oneself from retaliation.

Rule 6. One must at all times use money to protect only oneself. One must always use money to deprive others of their money or ability to obtain money. One may from time to time give money to others in order to keep the majority of people from realizing the rules of the money game. This is generally called charity and should never be done in a way that changes the rules of the game.

Rule 7. Under no circumstances should one ever admit to anyone including oneself that the money game is constructed in a way so that no one ever wins. One should never allow oneself to realize that the money game ends at death. For this money is to be used to entertain and otherwise distract oneself and others from ever realizing this point. This is critical.

Rule 8. The money game should never actually benefit anyone, even those with money. It should always at all times be against the best interest of all involved. This basic premise should also never be admitted to oneself or others and money should be used to distract from this point as well.

Rule 9. Money buys friends, the choice of friends we make and uphold are often money related, in terms of 'what can I gain' from a particular relationship, this is true as well for women about how and why they choose men, it's an auction sale and w...e give ourselves or get 'given out' symbolically by the father, to the highest bidder or highest prospect money gatherer, of course all these points as well are not admitted or talked about openly because we like the illusion that 'money is not in fact driving our every single choice in life

Rule 10. Let money decide who your children will be and become, let them grow up as slaves to the system, let them become insecure to be good consumers, let them derive their happyness from the products they buy, let them judge others for what they buy and wear, let your children be perfect slaves.

Rule 11. Selling out one's friends and family members to get the job to get the money to pay the bills is acceptable and they will understand. In fact, not getting angry at your younger siblings/children when they fail to cut throats- even yours- means you don't love them.

Rule12. The money game is built on HOPE, the ones that don't have get the HOPE card in the Monopoly Game, so they get to Hope that one day they may be rich too, Hollywood tells us stories of Lotteries wins and underdogs that become upperdogs, so we... insist on believing and hanging on to the HOPE even though evidence all around us proves that these are just Hollywood stories to keep everyone in their assigned place. The Money game as well says that we must never give up HOPE in favour of EQUALITY, because with Equality we ALL get to be well off, while the Money game teaches us that it's better to be on top of the pile and therefore we keep up the pile even though we were born and will possibly always be right at the bottom of it

Rule 13. let the less advantaged believe that everyone has their place and role in life. That they should fulfill their job the best as possible, even if it includes being exploited. Do not tell them, at any circumstance, that you yourself do not believe that. Use it to manipulate so you can get your way.

Rule 14. keep the population dumb, prevent them from thinking.

Rule15. The weapon of choice in the Money Game is your Smile - use it.

Rule16. One will increase value of oneself (and thereby increasing game players security within) by exchanging (currents E) $ in a way that benefits mutually contributing parties (unless you can blindfold the middlemen who are taught eye for an eye) to encourage competitive "natural selection"

Rule17. Hide the fact your products are produced by slave laborers or by animal abuse. Hide it good so the public does not see and keeps buying your products. In the process, try to desensitize them from these kind of things so that when they do see it , they have stopped caring.

Rule 18. spend your money on crap you dont need, to impress people you don't like.

Rule 19. Spend your money on things that you think will stop your low self-esteem, and try to get your self esteem from others opinion about you. If it does not work: buy more.

Rule 20. Do not produce quality. Make sure your products wear off fast, so that consumers have to replace them and spend more money.

Rule 21. If you feel stressed out and depressed, get drunk. Numb your mind and make yourself stupid. Afterwards, feel proud about it, but whatever you do: DO NOT CHANGE.

Rule 22. Entertain the middle class, give them alcohol, keep them obedient, desensitize them. This way, they will never be able to see the prison they are in.

Rule 23. The only place for CHANGE in the MoneyGame is IN YOUR POCKET - and don't you forget it

Rule 24. Make the population believe in charity - and keep them oblivious for the fact that you keep creating the very problems they are trying to fight.

Rule25. If a worker tells you that the only thing they care about is a good place in heaven - applaud them - and realise you have just won.

Rule 26. If you start to feel guilty about your ways, do something to distract you : wether it is alcohol, pornography or games. Find a way to rid guilt out of your life, so that you can remain nr1. The perfect system slave.

Rule 27. Get rid of those standing in your way

Rule 28. Turn racism into a good thing, and use it to make profit.

Rule 29. Feel superior, show this off with your possessions. Make sure other's notice it to get the maximum ego boost.

Rule 30. Get the middle class on your side, they can be your personal body guard.

Let your children color on the walls

There is a mistake some parents often make - and that is punishing their children when they have made a mistake. The reaction from the parents is a product of the emotions they feel within them at that certain time, which they then speak and show in their face and manners and project it unto the child. But it actually has nothing to do with the child - it is all about them, and the emotions they have not properly dealt with.

For example take a small child who is taking a cup of coffee that the mother put there, to try and give it to the mother who went into another room or who went back to lay in bed. The child is not as skilled as an adult to carry a cup of liquid, so it spills more often. The child spills, lets say, on the covers of the bed. The mother reacts in anger and surprise. The child as a result, hears the louder voice and shocked or angry face, and feels the chock in itself. The child cannot rationalize it, or dismiss it. The child has been given the example that: making a mistake = bad. Even when you do it with good intensions to help another, or make another happy, as a gift etc...

Or a small child may be playing with colors, and starts to color on the wall. Same scenario may occur with the parents reactions.

As a result of these things, children can develop fears of making mistakes, of doing something "wrong" and not being "good enough". Because it has internalized this reaction and pattern, where it will play out on a subconscious level. So one may end up with a fear of failure without even knowing where it comes from.
It can also start to limit the children in the way they express themselves, they become more "on guard" for others, fearful of others. They may become a person who fears others rejection - and becomes totally dependant on the acceptance and approval of others. A person who tries to be liked by everyone, and tries to avoid a negative judgment. Where you are now constantly focused on trying to "fit in", instead of expressing yourself.

We can all see that this limits free will. Because as soon as something like that pattern is programmed within you, on subconscious and unconscious levels - you are not free anymore. You will often react on this pattern, thinking this is "you", but it is simply how "you" have been created by your upbringing and all it's circumstances.

So beware of the example you set for your children.
If they color on the wall, do not punish them. If they accidently spill, don’t yell at them. Learn to communicate effectively with your child, so that the child in return may learn to communicate effectively as well. Learning that life is about cooperation and understanding, not about punishment and obedience. So that they learn to take chances, dare to express themselves, extend their possebilities and not be afraid of fucking up. Life would be an adventure, not a dangerous place of survival.

Let them color on the wall, it may give color to your life.

Stop believing in false prophets.

There are over 170,000 charities in England alone
Over 1 million in the US

And yet : -people still starve
-people still have no home
-people are deprived from opportunities to stand up
-Children still die from preventable disease
-childsoldiers still exist
-animals are still abuse
-girls are still forced into prostitution
-in many cases poverty is even increasing
etc...

When is our bell going to ring, that the system we have, creates these problems over and over. And that all we do, is give our money to the problems that we create daily. Thinking we are helping, trying to make ourselves feel like a good person. We try to fight our own creation instead of re-creating it.

Ik stel u onze generatie voor: Generatie Egoistisch Tam schaap.
De generatie die zegt :
staak niet, betoog niet, protesteer niet... want je kan er niks aan veranderen. Werk gewoon langer en harder. Lukt dat niet? Koop jezelf een zweep en gesel jezelf. "Tis altijd al zo geweest", "aja das gewoon de menselijke natuur e". De vakbond? Laat die maar oprotten, ze hebben sociale zekerheden verkregen voor ons allemaal maarja... nu kan dat niet meer want generatie tam schaap is gearriveerd. Dus laat men al die sociale verworvenheden maar wat achteruit schuiven, verder en verder... We hebben het te goed gehad *tsjak *tsjak *gesel *gesel.

Asielzoekers? Tja kijk ik voel mij bedreigd dus ga ik die mensen maar stigmatiseren en hopen dat we ze buiten kunnen jagen.

Hongersnood? Ja seg... Da heb ik al duizend keer gezien he, Idool gaat wel beginnen he.

Kinder- en slavenarbeid? Aja waarom ni, wie gaat er anders mijnen iPod maken?

Dierentests? Me wa houde gij u bezig seg... Ik moet toch wel make up kunnen opdoen zeker.

Music for life? Tegen Diarree bij kinderen? Feestje!! Zo'n dag of 2 per jaar, da kan er nog door, en tis nog plezant ook. De rest vant jaar kant mij allemaal ni schelen.

Criminelen? Da zijn ambetanterikken he! Die kunnen wel mijn eigendom schaden he omg! Dermee da ik dertegen ben. Hoe die mensen zo worden? Door armoede? Wa? Socialisatie wa is da voor een beest? Nee da interesseert mij allemaal ni ze, steekt die gewoon in den bak dan bennek der vanaf aja.

Hoe die krijgen ni dezelfde kansen als ik? Jowel ze *steekt ipod in 1 oor*. Ja jawel die moeten gewoon ne goejen job zoeken aja. Da ze nart stad wandelen en soliciteren e seg. Die hebbe toch wel een stad zeker? Hoe die moeder is ziek? Awel da die nart ziekenhuis gaat he! Hoe die hebben geen ziekenhuis? Wa voor ne zever is da nou.
Dat ons systeem dat soort zaken creert? Ah ja da kan zijn, kweet da ni. Kga mij der ni in verdiepen ofzo ze kheb wel andere dingen te doen. Terwijl ga ik natuurlijk wel mijn mening geven en verkondigen enzo he, want das leuk. Ma ni als ik teveel moet beginnen denken want dat doet zeer. Ma alsge wilt kan ik u alles vertellen over starwars e!! Kweet der echt alles van en kheb alle collector items.

De anti-stakers - wie zijn ze?

Tegenwoordig kom ik nogal veel mensen tegen (vooral in de comments van de online kranten) die tegen het staken zijn.
Een aantal rare quotes van hen zijn o.a.:
- we hebben het te lang TE goed gehad
- het enige wat we kunnen doen om dit op te lossen is hard en lang werken

Ik vraag mij af who the hell dit in hun hoofd heeft geprogrammeerd? Hoe krijg je een burger zo ver dat die dit gaat internaliseren, geloven en zelfs verdedigen! Met het gevolg dat de bevolking tegenover elkaar komt te staan, verdeeld, i.p.v. samen.

Laten we deze quotes eens van dichterbij bekijken.
"We hebben het te lang TE goed gehad"
Te lang? Hoelang dan? Zo lang is WOII nog niet echt achter de rug. Zijn die tientallen opvolgende jaren al te lang? En de duizende jaren daarvoor waar velen leefden in armoede en miserie, is DAT niet TE lang? Tientallen jaren van voorspoed (voor sommigen) worden afgewogen tegen duizenden jaren ellende. Raar...
En wat is TE goed? Dat in 2009 14.6 % (1.600.000) van de bevolking in armoede leefde? Met de bijkomende verdoken armoede. Dat mensen op tijd met pensioen kunnen vooraleer ze dood gewerkt zijn? Dat men recht heeft op gezondheidszorg en bijstand? Dat (sommigen) hun kinderen naar school kunnen sturen?
We hebben het niet TE goed gehad. Vele mensen hebben het zelfs slecht gehad. Ze komen in de armoede terecht en geraken er niet uit, wat ze ook proberen. Ze hebben geen goede netwerken, worden geweigerd op het werk enz... Vaak komen ze er enkel uit met de hulp van een hogere klasse, maar voor velen gebeurd dit simpelweg niet. Denk je dat die mensen graag leven in armoede? Dat hun kinderen honger en kou hebben? Dat ze geen hobbies kunnen uitvoeren? Denk je nu echt dat ze daarvoor kiezen om zo te leven? Als je dat denkt dan raad ik je aan eens wat bezoeken te gaan doen bij zulke personen die leven in verdoken armoede, en met hen te praten.
Ook de vluchtelingen, ze zoeken een betere plaats om te leven en dat snap ik volledig. Vele van hen willen hen volledig aanpassen maar worden verstoten. Ze willen ook gewoon een betere toekomst voor hun kinderen en zichzelf. Ik zou in hun plaats hetzelfde doen.
Daarom is het ook nodig dat we ons hele wereldwijde systeem aanpakken, zodat mensen niet hoeven te vluchten. Maar omdat ons systeem draait om winst, competitie en egoisme, creert het armoede met de gevolgen vandien: conflict, verdeeldheid, oorlog en armoede. Dit heeft wereldwijde gevolgen.
Mensen denken soms enkel aan zichzelf en beginnen nationalistische trekjes te vertonen, zonder zich echt te realiseren dat wij ook de situatie mee creeren bvb in het midden oosten. NIKS staat los van elkaar.
We hebben het NIET te goed gehad, we zouden het nog veel beter kunnen hebben zelfs. IEDEREEN, en niet enkel de bevoordeelden. Maar nu proberen we een systeem te reanimeren dat op sterven na dood is, en enkel hetzelfde scenario brengt, opnieuw en opnieuw en opnieuw.

De volgende quote:"het enige wat we kunnen doen om dit op te lossen is hard en lang werken"

Dit lijkt mij ook redelijk geschift om te zeggen. In plaats van samen te staan en te werken aan een nieuw systeem van gelijkheid, gaan we ons huidig systeem van ongelijkheid verdedigen. We gaan onszelf zelfs in een soort schuldenaars rol steken. We gaan het systeem goedpraten en zeggen dat we gewoon hard en lang moeten werken. We stellen ons geen vragen meer, we aanvaarden het als tamme planten. We kijken niet meer naar hoe dit alles is tot stand gekomen, hoe dit wereldwijd in stand wordt gehouden en welke oplossingen we kunnen creëren. We denken er alleen aan om dit systeem van ongelijkheid te doen overleven, ook al creëert dit zoveel problemen.
Er IS een andere oplossing, maar het is alsof we onze hersens niet meer kunnen gebruiken, en zo zijn ingesteld/geprogrammeerd om maar 1 oplossing te zien: degene die ze ons voorhouden.
We gaan zelfs geloven dat we niet anders kunnen zjin dan hoe we zijn gepropgrammeerd, desondanks alle bewijzen dat een mens kan veranderen naargelang zijn socialisatie. We gaan ons primitieve zelf van competitie en egoisme goedpraten en zomaar aanvaarden, als slaven. "Dit ben ik, en ik kan niks anders zijn".
Nogal beschamend, als je zo'n stel hersenen onder je schedeldak hebt zitten.

In plaats van samen te staan, gaat de bevolking verdeeld zijn. Wat natuurlijk perfect is: divide and conquer. Als de bevolking niet samen staat, dan krijg je alles gedaan, en ZEKER als een deel ervan het systeem nog gaat verdedigen ook. Men gaat zelfs anti-staker worden, zonder echt te realiseren waarom mensen staken, waarom ze ontevreden zijn, en welk effect dit op hen zal hebben in de toekomst. Ik snap goed dat mensen ontevreden zijn en willen staken, maar ze zouden dit al veel eerder moeten doen, want wereldwijd gebeurd dit al zo lang. We moeten niet enkel geven als dit ONS treft.
Is staken DE oplossing?
Nee, en dat zeg ik ook niet. De oplossing is een systeem creeren dat ons huidige kan vervangen, zodat we deze miserie en getouwtrek niet steeds opnieuw moeten meemaken.
Daarom werken wij aan het alternatief: Equal money

Als je iemand bent die de status quo verdedigt, en denkt dat dingen niet anders kunnen, dan zal je hier geen boodschap aan hebben.
"If your someone who thinks the world cant change, then you're not one of those who will"

Deel daarvan is natuurlijk ook jezelf veranderen. Want als je zelf nog leeft in ongelijkheid en egoisme, kan je deze dingen weer uitleven in gelijk welk systeem. Zo onstaat oorlog en conflict op grote schaal ook.
Waarom komen we van? Van een tijd toen je werd gedood als je zei dat de aarde rond was. We neigen nog steeds zulke "rare ideeen" te stigmatiseren. Maar het zijn enkel die mensen met "rare ideeen" die de dingen hebben veranderd en een impact hebben gehad.

Is the highschool bully now your boss?

I know someone who works at this big factory, a factory where there are many different tasks the workers can fulfill. All people who work there have a certain expertise by working there for a long time, a lot of them without a degree.
They have other persons, 1 for each shift, that takes care of everything, walks around, makes sure everything goes smoothly, appoints people to jobs, hands out the holidays etc...
1 of those, is a man who really cares about the workers. He communicates with them, even helps them, walks around all day and does everything for his job. He often works overtime, when people ask him for some vacation days when for example someone died, he agrees. And in return, when he asks the people something they also agree. Because they have a relationship of equality within that factory. He knows them, they know him. He doesn't act as superior and neither do they as inferior. He cares and listens when something is wrong. It is a very pleasant working situation for everyone there.

Now, there are also "managers". They sometimes have meetings and the person has to be at them. He has been getting yelled at several times. Now because he allowed a woman to have a holiday because someone in her family died. He didn’t just get told not to do it, no really YELLED at fucking hard. As result he had to go to a separate room because it got to him so much. That dude is his "superior" and he fears they may have him in their vision, because he is too close to the workers. That manager just walks straight by people. And the person said: if only he would just get to know the people.
But it is like he is too good and only money matters.
But the person said: I won’t change, I will keep doing what I do no matter how much they yell.

But it was striking to hear, how they have dealt with him, how they yell at him and actually bully him. This was not the only time. When you don't put money on nr 1, then you get yelled at.
Normally we don't know these things.
And such "managers" are in charge, or bosses that don’t give a shit.
They should not even be in charge! People like the person should be in charge there. People who care for all the workers as equals and does not treat them like slaves.
But really, those managers are a product of our high consumption profit driven system. They have been programmed to become as they are and function like that within it. Making sure the system survives.

Without stopping this system, we wont be able to stop these things from happening. Because as a company you cant stop it while all others continue. Because thats how it works and else you lose your money. You could say: everyone should stop, massively... But the fact is, it wont happen. and even if it did: what will be the replacement system?
We don’t just have to let everything crash, we have to re-shape it to a system of equality.

The resemblance of people and cockroaches.

In an experiment about social facilitation, they concluded this is not just a human activity.
Zajong and his colleagues (1969) placed cockroaches in a bright lighted box that was connected to a dark box with a tube.
They looked at the time the light-avoiding cockroaches needed to flee to the safe, dark box.
According to expectations, the cockroaches walked faster in couples then alone in this condition.The
tube to the dark box was straight en the animals just had to walk straight ahead.

They made a more complex setting, the tube had an angle of 90 degrees. The cockroaches did better in this setting alone than in pairs.
The same pattern of results was found when there were spectators: this were the cockroaches placed in transparent “spectator boxes” made from plexi glass on both sides of the maze. This “audience” cause social facilitation in the simple condition.

è So when spectators were present, the cockroaches in the simple first condition did better in pairs than alone.

This resembles the studies done on humans, where the presence of others have a big effect on ones performance and behavior.

System Justification Theory

System Justification Theory (SJT) is a theory of social psychology that postulates that people are motivated to bolster, defend, and justify the status quo – that is, the prevailing social, economic, and political arrangements. The system justification goal can be both conscious and nonconscious, vary according to situational and dispositional factors, and manifest itself in different forms, such as stereotyping, attribution, and ideology. System justification theory grew out of efforts to expand upon already established research and draw connections between a number of concepts, including Marxist and feminist theories concerning the role of ideology; cognitive dissonance theory; belief in a just world theory; and social identity theory.

System justification theory stems partly from the concept of false consciousness, which is rooted in the work of Karl Marx.
Jost (1995) defined false consciousness as “the holding of false or inaccurate beliefs that are contrary to one’s own social interest and which thereby contribute to the maintenance of the disadvantaged position of the self or the group,” and identified at least six different types of false consciousness beliefs:

System justification motivation is believed to arise from and satisfy three distinct human needs:
1. Epistemic: needs for consistency, certainty, and meaning
2. Existential: needs to manage threat and distress
3. Relational: needs to coordinate social relationships and achieve shared reality with others

When people have a heightened need to system-justify (such as when the system has been threatened), there are various means through which they can accomplish this goal of system justification, including directly endorsing certain ideologies, legitimizing existing institutions and authorities, as well as denying, minimizing, and rationalizing system problems. Often, system justification motivation is satisfied through the stereotyping of members of disadvantaged groups as less competent than members of advantaged groups. Endorsement of complementary stereotypes (e.g., “poor but honest,” “poor but happy”) by members of both disadvantaged and advantaged groups serves to perpetuate the existing hierarchy by creating an “illusion of equality” in society (Kay & Jost, 2003).
In order to defend and bolster the status quo, people can adopt various ideologies or belief systems that are system-justifying, including the Protestant work ethic, belief in a just world, meritocratic ideology, fair market ideology, benevolent sexism, social dominance orientation, right-wing authoritarianism, religious fundamentalism, and political conservatism. Such ideologies and belief systems all explain the status quo in a way that maintains the general legitimacy of the existing order (Jost & Hunyady, 2005).

Long-Term Outcomes of System Justification
System justification theory predicts opposite long-term psychological consequences of defending and bolstering the status quo for members of advantaged and disadvantaged groups. For those who are favored by the existing system (members of advantaged groups), the perception of their high status in society is consistent with holding positive attitudes about their own group (group justification) and themselves (ego justification). In other words, for members of advantaged groups, system justification is positively associated with ingroup favoritism, enhanced self-esteem, and psychological well-being.
However, for those who are disfavored by the existing system (members of disadvantaged groups), there is a conflict between their need to justify the system and their motives to perceive their own group (group justification) and themselves (ego justification) positively. As a consequence, for members of disadvantaged groups, system justification is negatively associated in the long term with ingroup favoritism, self-esteem, and psychological well-being (Jost et al., 2004).
System justification and the lower classes

Jost & Hunyady (2003): in our society, wealth is distributed inequal between the elite and the bottom of society. For example: in the USA, the top 1% rich own 50% of all wealth, and the top 20 % jas 94 %.
--> Why does everyone accept this? Most of the time, we point at the role of ideologie to justify this inequality, legitimate and rationalise it so people are satisfied with their faith and the treatment they "deserve".

People who get dissadvantaged in our society often think they deserve it. No one seems to resist it. Some use arguments to even justify this as honest and inevitable. The role of ideologie here is to maintain the system.

System justification theory is about using stereotypes and ideologie to justificy and maintain inequality.
This occurs when the system is threathened.

It is quite intresting to note that the ones who are treated as slaves by the system, do not even realize this and even start to defend the very system that exploits them.

Experiment

People were recruited in Tel Aviv while taking public transportation. They were asked how they felt about the qualities of Ashkenazim (european high class jews) and Sephardim (middle east and african lower class jews).
Right before they answered the questions, they received a message with either a low threat, or a high threat.
In the condition with the low threat it was stated: "despite the difficulties in Israel, it is safer there now for the civilians as it was before. Most civilians think that it will remain stable for a long time. Their is optimisme ..."In the condition with high threat it was stated: " nowadays many are dissapointed in the state of Israel. Most civilians think their country is struggling in terms of economie, social system and security. People do not feel as safe as they used to, and there is uncertainty about the future."

--> the results show that the high threat condition, made ingroup love rise for the higher status grou^p, but lowered self esteem with the lower status group.

The theory shows the following processes that occur:
1. rationalisation of the status quo . for example: by stereotyping
2. members of lower status groups show outgroup favoritisme and think they have less rights, by the internalisation of inequality.
3. They show ingroup ambivalence which makes them devaluate their own group. If they come in contact with society legitimating mythes (which maintain the status quo), their self-esteem lowers and they feel negative emotions.
4. members of the lower status groups will feel a stronger need to justify the system when things get worse. This causes more system justifying myths to arise in countries with great inequality when things get worse, and it are especially the lower status groups that will justify the system.

Spiritual people of Oneness - do you live Equality ?

In this blogpost I want to address the following quote:

The statement about spirituality, in the end of the quote, is referring to "oneness" or "interconnectedness" . It is referring to us being a whole. This is what I agree with, we are one on this planet. Nothing what we do is apart from this world, no matter how small or great : you always have an influence. Even when it is just your breath giving off carbon dioxide that gets absorbed by the trees , which they utilize in the production of sugar. The byproduct of that is oxygen which we breath in return.
Born in Iraq, during a war, I would not be the person I am right now. Or born as a boy I would be socialized in a different way. It is thus important to understand how each one of us on this planet, could be us. How in their shoes, we could have been the same. And how this current system, shapes people to be slaves, ignorant, abusive and selfish. Would I want this for myself? No. I also do not want this for others.

What "spiritual people" often not see, is how we can sort this mess out. They have all the nice and "right" words, but not the actions that go with it. Oneness without Equality is still separation. It is still the status quo we have today = the abused and the abusers. Which can easily swap places, so none is innocent. Because if 1 abuser is guilty, born in another place and time he/she might not have been. And since we all accept the way things are structured right now in our system, we all allow the abuse to take place, and have human beings being shaped as abusers day in day out.

As I said, without equality, our oneness is like stabbing each other in the back - and thus stabbing ourselves in the back and the generations to come. We do not value our neighbour as ourselves, we do not think about those that come behind us. It's like: me me me me. I am special, I want this, I want to feel good etc...

So it practically means nothing but nice words, this quote.
If we want to change things, we will first have to be able to learn. Learn by looking within ourselves and at this world, to see who we truly are and why things remain like they are. To dare to be self honest and recognize what we have allowed ourselves to become. Because only when you’re willing to do this, you can face your creation, and change it. It does not mean that because we have caused so much harm, that we have to continue to do so. We can change this entire system if we are willing to educate ourselves for real.
Not just speak about oneness, but live it in our expression - which means: do for your neighbour what you want done for yourself. Take responsability for who you are and this world. Do not allow what you don't want to be done unto you or your children.

So investigate the solution to this world, which is equal money . This is a process all can be part of who is willing. Anyone can contribute and think along, help to establish the new world of oneness AND equality.

This quote is truly fucked up. It is a pure statement of egoism / selfishness.
It is equal to saying "I don't give a fuck about anything or anyone else but myself". It means that one will only do what gives a positive feeling, which feels good and thus makes someone happy.

What if something you do, that makes you happy, is actually causing harm to others and is a threat to the common good?
What if you require to do something, that is good for others, for the common good, but does not necessarily make you feel happy?
What about a young man that feels happy playing video games all day, having negative side effects on his own health and his parents who stand in for his survival. What about someone who is only happy while drinking alcohol and being intoxicated while being a hazard driving on the road?

What about the millions that have no chance at happiness. The people starving, the animals locked in concentration camps waiting for their slaughter, the children being molested or forced into prostitution, the child soldiers, the mothers worrying for their children in war times, the slave sweatshop workers etc... They live in the system that you prosper from, the very system that makes you happy is depriving them.

If we live by such a statement, we are truly selfish and ignorant of what we are actually doing and allowing.

This world requires to be fixed, and that takes effort, which is not always fun to do. Challenging your own limits can be difficult sometimes. You will not always feel happy about it. When you face your fears, or you confront yourself with behavior that is not good for you or others, it may sometimes feel fucked up. Because you are de-rooting something that has been rooted within you for a very long time. You may change, and people around you may not like the change because they want you to be as how they remember you, they might want you to keep gossiping, keep putting make up on, keep being a shopaholic so they can feel good around you.
Things do not always feel good. And it is exactly that which we have to realize. To not depend on our feelings to do or not do something. You are more likely to ignore your "dark side", while actually keeping it alive but simply ignoring it and pretending everything is all right.

We have the luxury to feel comfortable and happy, because we live in a part of the system where we are taken care off and have opportunities - while millions of others don’t.

Would you want to be born in their shoes? Do you want to be born as a child in a starving region, or a zone of war? Would you want to be born as an animal led to slaughter? Would you want to be born as the baby of a child mom forced into prostitution? Would you want to be born as a child destined to become a sweatshop worker? Would you want to be born in a part of the world where you have no health care, no education, and no chance to make your life better?

If your answer to one of these questions is "no", then you realize things have to change. These things are happening at the very moment you are reading this. But often it just doesn't get through. We know it happens, but we don’t FEEL it. We just, let it slide, and continue with our life supporting our current system. We want to be happy, but at what cost does this happiness come?
Are really, are we that happy, when you read the amounts of depressions rising?

Dream of disease and death

Tonight I dreamed that something was wrong with my foot. It is probably because I have a blister there and the pain was felt in the dream, so my brains created a scenario around it.

In this dream, the thing on my foot was incurable said the doctors, they could do nothing about it. When I looked at my foot there was nothing wrong with it but it hurt a little. At first I believed the doctors. And they said that I had to die. So I had to go through a procedure where my blood would slowly drain from me until I died.
At first I found it normal... like I didn’t really stand still with the fact I was about to die.

My brother and mother were with me, and we were walking to somewhere. I felt getting abit weaker because the blood was draining away from me (dont ask me how, the dream was kinda vague about this). I started to realize my body was slowly dying. I was like: fuck I dont want to die! I thought about my mom, that I would leave her behind and how sad she would feel. I thought about the world and everything of my life I would leave behind just like that, because I got a stupid little foot disease.
It was like I just believed the doctors. They said I had to die so I was like: ok. And I thought to myself how crazy am I to just accept this and start my own death. Simply because they said it.

And after I realized all this, I decided I wasn't going to die. I stopped the "blood draining". I remember that a doctor said I had to take lots of painkillers because it would be painful. But I wasn't afraid, because I rather had pain than die.

Then I decided to write a letter to Bernard, Sunette, Esteni and some others from desteni, to tell about what happened, and what they suggest about the foot. I remember it switched between typing and writing, like sometimes I was typing, sometimes writing.
But that the end of the dream.

What this showed me was that I tend to believe "professionals" or people who I perceive to know more than me. Like that I sometimes just accept something without really investigating it for myself. But in the end that I realize this, and stop blindly following it and decide for myself.

That is how you can interpret your own dreams. See who you are within them.

Also I have a general distrust about doctors. Ive had many experiences with doctors who just deal with complaints and not the causes. They dont do prevention. Also no proper care after a diagnosis. It's all about the money and it often shows. I'm not saying all doctors are like that, but a lot that I have met. It's like your just a number. Often when I visited one, like the times I was really tired a lot years ago, they do tests, tests are alright, and after that you hear nothing. They dont suggest anything, they dont forward you to another... nothing. Or maybe I just met the less competent ones.

But as long as Health care functions on profit, it can't be trusted. A lot can be improved, so that all doctors give the best care to whatever patient they meet. Whether its treatment, prevention or forwarding them to other professionals. And that is what Equal money would bring about.

Just look at how many people are sick because of their diet. They consume food that destroys their body, get high blood pressure, anemia, heart problems, hypertension etc... Doctors sometimes just prescribe stuff but dont really give proper prevention advice. However, if many of those people would simply change their eating habbits, sooooo much less money would have to go to these pills and operations to try and fix the problems of obesity. It was proven in a test that people who stopped eating junkfood for a period of time, and consumed more nuts and olive oil, fresh fruit and vegetables etc... could stop their medicine. Imagine if this would happen worldwide, what an impact this would have on the health industry. But I mean our system isn't really helping much. In many placed there are only junkfood joints to eat from, when you visit the supermarket its stacked full of rubbish that is not good for our body. The commercials manipulate children to eat the crap and make their parents buy it etc...

This is one of the more popular quotes people like to believe in. Believing that everything is "planned", and that you are just a little slave following your already pre programmed path.
Now, for a part this is true: we are shaped by the system that already creates a certain frame which we have to walk in. Or your upbringing and culture creates you into liking certain things and disliking other.

But to consciously following and supporting this statement, is insane.
It would mean that now, not only unconsciously your in slave mode, you are CONSCIOUSLY deciding that this is so and that you will remain that way.

It also means you believe people get raped for a reason, animals get molested for a reason, that corrupt elites are there for a reason etc... It all comes down to the "God has created everything, so everything is in plan". It is basically the same thing, just given a spiritual ring to it.

Our level of consciousness may be raised in one way or another, but we are not really doing anything with it. The same abuse keeps happening over and over, we keep being brainwashed and passing on the brainwashing to the next generations. We create judgment and inequality and dont understand how this system functions.

When a rapist rapes a kid, he has been created by this system to become a rapist. He was born as a baby, and grew up into a man able to molest and harm a little child. This person however, had the opportunity to say no to these urges and understand why he/she has such desires. But our society is more based on punishing instead of prevention. Will the raped child’s consciousness be raised? I doubt it. The child may even be killed because of the act, or committed suicide. Will humanities consciousness be raised? I doubt it. After thousands of years we are still making the same mistakes. People read about these things, think "omg thats sick, that’s disgusting, sad etc..." and then continue with their life. The newspaper does not address the way humans get programmed, how a person becomes a child molester, how to change this etc... But yeah, newspapers function on profit as well, so no surprise there.

This will simply continue if we do not change the basics of our world system. As long as money and profit controls all, these things will keep on happening.

So that quote is utter slavery.
It is believing in a grand master plan beyond your comprehension, beyond your own direction.

But what we require IS our self-direction! To start thinking, realizing and moving ourselves. Not depending on some kind of "higher" thing that makes thing function to eventually hope everyone’s conscious will be raised enough to change Earth into heaven.

You can always find someone who has less, true. I can find someone without a pc and TV. That person can find someone without a fridge or bed. That person can find someone without sanitation and proper drinking water. That person can find someone without a home. That person can find someone starving to death. That is not a type of logic I wish to follow.

Our system does not at random create situations of scarcity. It's not just an "oopsy, look at what we have here, millions without a roof over their head and starving to death, my o my". Our system is planned, constructed, designed and maintained by a small group of people that intends it, and by a large group of people who is oblivious of their co-action in maintaining this fuck up and abuse throughout history.
People know something is wrong, people see the fucked up shit thats happening. And to have an outflow for this, the system has created.. tadadadaaaaaaaa: CHARITYYYYYYY.
Charity means : giving some money to the less fortunate to feel good and think your helping, while the system you live in and support day in day out creates the abuse over and over again.

As we all can see: abuse keeps happening. Wether there is charity or not. If we want it to stop we will have to work to create a system that does whats best for all, and doesn't do whats best for the money.

So giving from "your abundance" (as the quote sais) is not a solution to the situation. It may make you feel better, and the person that prospers from it, but it will not stop the situation. If we truly want this to end, we will have to activly stand and work together to change the way this system operates. And that is exactly what we are doing with the Equal money system. To bring back to value of money to the value of life, and place that on nr 1. Now the value of life comes beneath profit. Profit is nr 1, and in results we rape each other and our planet. We don't even realise that life could be so much better for all of us, if we would work together and end the seperation both on individual level and system level.

Competition creates racism, stereotypes and friction. In a capitalist system you need losers and winners, it works on competition. Without it, it cannot function.
There has been an experiment about group conflict done by Muzafer Sherif and colleagues. In the summertime, a group of young white healthy boys came together in a camp in the National Park of robbers Cave in Oklahoma. The first week they went hiking, swimming, camping and playing. After a while the boys thought of a group name, that they put on their clothing and caps. They didn’t know they were part of an experiment and that there was another group of boys in the camp. After the groups has build up its own culture, they were exposed to each other. They met each other in competitive setting; soccer matches, treasure hunting, rope pulling and other. The winning team got points and other things such as trophies, medals and other prices. It's similar to our capitalist system where you get rewards when you play the game the best : bonuses, profit, cars, status ...
Anyway, the groups became hostile towards each other and the rivalry escalated into a mini war. Group flags were burned, huts plundered and a food fight occurred. An observer would call these boys bad, deranged and violent, while they were al normal well adjusted and social children.
It was extremely easy to create a monster through competition, and much harder to restore peace. What helped restore peace and cooperation, was having the boys work together to do things: pushing a truck uphill together for example. They became great friends that way.
So in just 3 weeks both groups had gone through changes that would normally take generations: they formed close groups, made war and peace.

Competition ALWAYS creates friction in this world. And a system functioning on competition can NEVER do what’s best for all. It's really as simple as that.
Want another world? change the system! Make people cooperate on a global level in various ways.

All these things are connected to that one single quote. And much more can be said about this, a book can be written about it even. But good thing we are able to think for ourselves and investigate this world and our and others words.

"The abundance that is ours", is there because we are prospering from the system that creates abuse and suffering on the other hand. It is not something to be particularly proud of. It's easy to turn a blind eye when we are comfortable.

Charity in many cases is simply egoism. It gives you the idea your helping, and that your a good person now and therefore keep living your life the way you did before - within the system that creates this fucked up mess. And it could go on forever and ever like that if we allow it. And I am not even talking about how much of the donations are going in the pockets of the wealthy, or keeping the system of war and weaponry in place.

And it is so hypocrite of some of the world leaders to sponsor this, while they know how their own system is creating this abuse in the first place. And if they dont know, then they are really not in the position to be a leader. Even simple things that everyone sees create friction and war, such as the media. Some media messages and images are placed in a way that it creates stereotypes and racism, which has created violence and wars, which in result creates poverty and suffering.

It's a big mess we created - but it is not a mess we cannot clean up.

History is His Story

History, are actually stories which are written mostly by white males. The history which we are being taught, is always influenced by the person who has written it. He will add his own interpretation and opinions, and may even change things in such a way that it will benefit himself or his goals.
His-story, has to be read with awareness and common sense, and not simply be accepted and certainly not repeated. Unfortunately, we too often repeat our history without really seeing for example that the slavery we thought to be extinct; is still alive today.

This is the same with religious scriptures; use your common sense. Always ask yourself if what is being written is best for all. What it would imply if what is written is true. What would it say about that so called "God" for example. Because people tend to accept God = good, but it is not necessarily so. This is just deeply ingrained in many minds, and passed on over generations. Learn to question what you read, and do not let your feelings and emotions direct you. If one gets caught up in emotions or feelings, one is not fully able to think critically about history or politics or anything. We get taught history in structured packages, but in reality it is not as structured and narrow. It is extensive, with lots of influences, lots of alteration, hidden or ignored date, personal emotions, viewpoints and opinions. Yet so many still use history as a guiding stick, even as a justification for things to go wrong by saying "it has always been that way". As if that means that "how it has always been" has to be continued because history sais so. We have the ability to change and to stop blindly following our programmed mind.
I often heard Christians say: "it has been written in many books" , "it has been documented thousands of years ago that it would happened", "it was prophesized" etc...
Yet what would that say? What if I would make predictions that come true within thousands of years (high chance it will in such a long period of time). What if it was? Do they know the authors? The government plans? The intentions behind it all? If info was changed and altered and cut? did they question the nature of that so called "good god"? Or do they just accept it as a truth and worship it, simply because that’s what your supposed to do with a god?

It is very important to see who the authors are and what their motivation might have been.

Much of the history in the world has been presented and shaped in a way to applaud the contributions of certain selected personalities, while ignoring and even cutting out others who do not fit into the agenda.

Females did not have a voice for a very long time, neither had black people. It was always that select group of white elite males.

We think we know so much of our history and the so called "facts", but actually we only know a very narrowed small part of it. And it is crucial to understand the way our system worked; the human mind; and how those in power controlled everything and often were not interested in the common good at all ...

The adventures of the drivers exam - and is it fair?

I did my theoretical drivers exam months ago, which I passed with ease, and now it was up to my practical driving exam. To be honest, I never really feel sure in the car, there are so many signs and thing to look out for. Also I find looking in the mirrors a bit disorienting, also having to watch your speed limit all the time and not miss any sign. There are lots of zones where you can only drive 30 km/h. Anyway, I drove around for some months in my moms car, practiced parking which is what I can do best :P The scariest part I found is the highway. It goes so fucking fast, I tend to just stay behind the trucks that only go 90 km/h instead of 120 km/h. Also because of the problems I sometimes have looking in the mirrors, I turn my head backwards to see if someone is coming or not because it is not always clear. But it is a matter of practice I guess, I am not used to driving on a highway at all. Also because I have been hit by a car already twice (not my fault btw), I have an automatic fear that I think people will suddenly brake or run into me. Because the first time I got hit on my bike it was a woman turning into a street and she didn’t see me, the second time was a guy wo stopped to let people on bicycles pass, and when I was in front of his car he started driving. Indeed: WTF!?

So the first time I had to go to my practical exam, I was fucking nervous, like I am with new situations. It is automatic, even when I don't think anything (or maybe subconscious), the nerves stay. I focus on just breathing and stopping any doom thoughts which may come up. Normally it is 20 minutes to drive to the exam center, but now there was so much traffic and de-tours that we were late, even when we left 1 hour in advance. So they were not happy about that. And then she asked for the paper from the transport test of the car. My mom had a temporary one because it wasn't in order fully, but the paper clearly said: car to be used for normal use. BUT, the lady said it wasn’t the proper paper so I couldn't take the test. Apparently you need the formal paper, not a temporary one. But no one told us + it didn't say anything about it on the paper.

We re-scheduled. Ok so next time, I went again and this time our car insurance was 1 day over time! LOL. My mom normally automatically pays it together with other bills, but somehow the payment didn't get through.
So you guessed it: I couldn't take the exam.

Yesterday was the third time. I made sure to test everything beforehand. But the day before someone ran against the front of our car! lol so the bumper was hanging off and cracked as well. My dad fixed it in the morning and also went to get a spare tire for under the car. But the tire didn't have to stay there very long, because 10 minutes before we had to leave, we had a flat tire!! haha. Ok, so my dad rushed to fix it and we left. I got there, and now they were late. 20 minutes later the lady came and I had to go with her to perform the routine tests. But, the hood of the car wouldn't open. I pushed and pulled and nothing worked. Because of the lady who drove against the car, there was something jammed and I just couldn't open it. I looked at the instructor lady and explained the situation. I said: man this is really typical. But yep: I couldn't do my exam. My mom tried then afterwards, she couldn't open it either, and then second time boom it opened. But it was already too late. I couldn't take it again. My mom got upset at the lady because she didn't want to give me another chance. I wasn't upset, and found it pretty funny this happened a third time. What I would do, if I was them, I would have a procedure to let the candidate drive and then afterwards try another time. At least then you have a chance to show that you CAN drive.

We also had to pay 25 euro every time for reservation costs.

Anyway next time I am taking my grandpa's fairly new car. Every car is different so I will have to practice with it first for a while.

Now about the "fair" part. My brothers girlfriend did her drivers exam in September as well. First time: she didn’t pass because she forgot to brake on her engine, and used her brakes to much. (yeah, wtf!). And then the second time she made a few mistakes, one of them was forgetting to give priority from people coming from the right in a street where you had to do that (it's different in every street, you gotta watch the signs). But: she passed!

I already found it unfair they failed her simply because she didn't brake on her engine enough. Seriously wtf. She did everything else right!

And then yesterday at the exam center, a girl told us she failed because she forgot to let someone coming from the right pass. The exact fault which my brothers gf made, but she got passed.

There are a lot of stories about unfairness in the exam center. Most people don't pass from the first time. I think it has to do with their profit making. Because if to much people pass right away, then they might not make enough money.

Also there was a girl who took driving lessons from a pro. He had no remarks in the end when she did everything right, so they went to sign her in to do the exam. It went well, the only thing was that there was a lot of traffic where she had to stand still a lot.
She had to park, and she did everything right: checked in her mirrors, put off engines, get out etc... She saw the man was sitting in the car staring at his lap. He sees she is looking and sais: ok you can drive again.
So she gets at a crossing for pedestrians. There come 3 people and 1 4m behind them. She lets them cross and he is like: be normal! He expected her to drive after the 3 people. But this is crazy. Other examinators say you have to wait a long time. So it is always different.

Then when she came back to the exam center she got the following remark: it didn't go so smoothly. And because he couldn't flunk her for not going to smoothly, he chose some more errors like: hindering traffic on a crossroad and shit like that.

Then the guy who told this his sister got something similar.
And then another one; first exam, failed because when he had to park backwards he first let the cars behind him pass. Second time: he failed because he didnt let them pass!!
Then a friend of this person, did her exam with her handbrake half on and her car fell still a lot of times. And: she passed!
haha, so they work with double standards everywhere.

There are a lot of rumors going on that they flunk a lot of people because after 2 times you have to take professional driving lessons , which cost a lot of money.

Also they should know how many people drive like maniacs after they have their exam. On the exam they drive very safe, calm, paying attention to everything. But then after that 30-40 mins, they go back home and drive like maniacs, rushing in front of people, doing things you can't do, going way over speed limits, drunk driving...

Also it depends on which exam instructor you get. Some are more lenient than others. A guy took driving lessons and did his exam with the car of the drivers school. He had a very sour examinator that was constantly talking with the driving instructor next to him. He failed and he still doesn't know why.
Second time he did it with his own car and his father and got passed. When he would have failed the, he would have understood it because he made some mistakes, but his examinator was a soft and friendly person...

So it all makes no sense. And I am going to write to the minister of mobility, see what he will have to say about this (I will post his responds later). Or maybe to these people who go and tests such things out, anonymously, and report back on it later. Then they can objectively check the way exam are taken and who some fail on very minor errors that others pass for.

There are so many stories going around, that it all sounds pretty fucked up and heavily dependent on who is your examinator.
Anyway, I will see for myself the next time I go :D

Necromancer, goth, mutant or hero - are you a tough guy or girl?

It is so hilarious the various characters people come up with.
When I look at superhero or action movies, I see all these so called "brave" hero's saving all kinds of things or acting really really tough.
For example take necromancers:

They look really hardcore don't they! With that dark, mysterious, all-powerfull look on their face. I admit, it can be pretty attractive. But let's get real now.

All of those so called "evil" and "dark" and "mysterious" people and hero's or creatures, are just living beings. I mean these things don't actually exist, they come from movies. And in a movie you see a small picture. Take it to the big picture! What if they get sick, or have to take a shit.

Goths and necromancers

All those hero's and tough guys have to shit as well. Sometimes they will have diarrea, maybe constipation. They will have to go through the normal processes of life. Cooking their food, having to drink, getting sick and maybe even peeing in their bed because of a pee-dream.

Why is it that we so love to seperate ourselves from each other? All those guys wanting to act tough, being seen as something superior. It actually simply shows weakness and insecurity, that you are not fine with simply being, but have to create an idea for others to acknowledge - constantly requiring the attention from other's, or a certain opinion or belief from others.

When you dress like a heavy metal person, or a goth, or whatever...

What do I see? A girl, who wanted to be a certain way and wanted to be seen a certain way by other's.
I see a girl that goes to bed and takes out her contacts, her jewelry, her piercing and wipes of her make up. The hair extensions go out, the hair get's messy while dreaming in bed and tossing around. The cloths go off and she puts on a pyjama with bears on it. Or maybe a tough girl leather pyjama who knows LOL. I see a girl who got born in a hospital, who was a todler playing around, a girl who gets sick and goes to the toilet, or eats her food and drinks her drink. I see a girl who might worry about her identity, who is not fine with her body but has to look a certain way to gain energy from other's attention etc...

Bring everything back to reality. Even with disney movies. I always imaged what would happen "after". Cinderella gets pregnant, old and wrinkly, she and her prince fight about stupid stuff. She worries about which dress to wear, she might loose hair while it thins out with age. Maybe one of their children is crippled. She also has to shit and pee. This always took the magic out of disney. But it was cool because people use these things to dream about something "more", drifting away from the reality that we accept every single day. A reality which we can't even direct and which we don't take responsability for - while we should!

Acting hero's, disney princessess, necromancers and mutants... it are all characters used to keep people in seperation from each other. Wishing to be something different than themselves, wishing for something "more", to be more special than other's, to be seen as powerfull and get energy from the thoughts about it, wishing to be prettier, like a real princess etc... forever in seperation, always divided.

Bring things back to reality and don't get fooled. It will only hurt you and the totality of this existence. It creates more and more seperation and a never ending quest to be something "more".
And when you bring all these things back to realtity, it isn't so special anymore.

This quote was said by a person called Kal Menninger.
I will explain why it is so fucked up.

First of all, it may drag people along into justifying their "unrest of spirit", and feeling great about it. Controlled by their ego and the high feeling it generates. It is the perfect justification for a world in separation, and for problems to keep existing.
Requiring problems to feel great about yourself because then you can "help", is fucked up and extremely selfish. It is the same as creating a problem yourself and then fixing it to feel high and mighty as a savior.

Second, this quote suggests that problems are necessary, that problems are needed and required for people to find their greatest pleasure in solving them. It justifies the problems in this world, to exist to be "solved". As we can see, there are many cruel problems in this existence, a lot of them are created by our monetary system. Starvation, sweatshop work, animal abuse, pollution, corruption, exploitation, child abuse etc..If one requires such problems to feel "great", then you stand equal to all abusers on this planet who cause this problem.
Right now, we all allow it, it is up to all of us to take responsibility for it.

is that really what we call "life"? Wow, who invented that definition? We should seriously re-define it!

Imagine another world

Let's imagine for a moment, that another world is here. That our current abusive system has been replaced with a system that does what is best for all, a new system driven by equality and not by profit. Driven by the common good and not by greed and ego.

What would you like to do with your life if money was not an issue and you could do anything you like because your life is supported? Where would you like to live?

I would first of all like to live in a more "natural" place - as in : with more green around me. Preferably in the mountains, near a stream of water, with lots of big trees but also open space. Then I would like to explore, the woods, the water, swim, run , climb etc... I love exploring. When I was a kid I used to spend hours and hours with my friends and nephew and brother in the woods: building, camps, looking at bugs, just exploring the woods etc...

Of course I would also help when my help is required, when I have to do a task to maintain what is best for all, and not place my own self interest on nr 1. I would also love to help in planting, picking fruit, or building houses and decorating. What I would definitely like to do is take care of animals if they require help or assistance in any way. That for me, would be my "ideal" life.

Oh and I would never grow old lol, but that is a bit too unrealistic.

What would you change in the world if the world was not driven by money?

If the world was not driven by money, then everything would already be different. Because so many things exist because of profit. All such things would simply cease to exist. Our life would be simpler, and better as well. Quality would be more important than quantity. And profit would not longer be the driving force of everything. What I want to change in the world right now, is this fucked up system and all the abuse - but if that was gone, then not much would have to be changed. Except for the remains of the programming by the old system. Because that wont just simply go in 1 2 3 ...

I would like to change the way we eat, that we no longer have to devour another life form to live... but again: that might be a little too unrealistic. But who knows.

What would be your environmental project as custodian on earth if survival were not the issue?

Mine would be to take care of the animals that need help and assistance, or taking care of nature, building as well, houses that are in tune with the environment and the surroundings. The best houses for each specific area.

What would you tell your children about the world before equal money?

I don’t know if I would tell them about it. First I thought: if they knew, some might want to go back to it and develop greed because of hearing that some had " a lot" and other had nothing, and their ego may control them. But if that would be the case: it could happen even when i didn't tell em. So there has to be a system that does not allow the re-creating of abusive systems. And children would be raised with respect for life, themselves and each other. They would be raised to take responsibility for who they are, for what they feel and do. They wont be shaped and pushed around because of money. They wont be copies of selfish parents.

So what I would tell them about this world right now, is simply the way it was/is. How everything worked, what happened. How a small group was having a lot and how the majority was suffering. How people got exploited to do slave labor, about child soldiers, animal abuse in slaughterhouses, about deforestation for profit, ivory hunting, how people made movies about evil aliens coming to earth while they themselves are the evil aliens destorying their own planet and the living beings on it - even their own species etc... If you tell this story to yourself, it will sound like hell. try it.

It is time to expose this lie

"The more that I appreciate and show gratitude, the more the Universe showers on me."

This is an absolute statement of self-deception. And I am going to discuss this from a couple of different perspectives.

First of all, this statement would indicate that only the elite of this world, the ones who have money, have access to this so called "universe shower" of goodness. Because as we can clearly see, millions of people in this world have no access to even the basic necessities to live such as clean water and food. No matter how much they show so called "gratitude" (to what? wtf) - they will still feel thirsty and hungry. Or do they first have to develop special skills to receive this? Do they first need tons of "wisdom" before it can happen? Do they first have to get into a specific mindset?
The system still deprives them, the system still functions on profit. The system still creates and allows inequality. No matter how much nice universal showers you receive. It merely serves to entertain you in your private heaven.

That brings me to another point. One can feel good with such a statement, and say it and live by it - but within that totally ignores the reality of this system. Maybe YOU experience this quote, but that does not mean you have to blindly follow it and ignore what is happening all around you. That many people cannot live by that quote and still struggle no matter how much they try. Or do you think suddenly all abuse could end? All sweatshop workers, all starving people, all animal abuse?
Animals show gratitude for life just by living! Yet, they are extremely abused by the human aliens.. I mean human "kind".
Something that sounds good does not mean it is good.
So even IF this statement would be true for you personally - so what!?
It is untrue for so many others. If you would be in their shoes, you would realize how fucked up that statement truly is. It is a privileged statement for those with enough money to life a good life. A good life that you can live because you exist on the side of the polarity of wealth. But you are still part of the very system that maintains poverty and separation and competition. The very system that keeps millions at the bottom of the pit. So you prosper, on others suffering.
That is the reality we live in. I know it is fucked up, but we can do something about this if we are willing to make the effort.

Another point is the awareness - or lack thereof - of many human beings. Because we do not see the whole picture, many things are kept hidden or deliberately ignored. For example: a person may appreciate and show gratitude towards their luxury: their make up, clothing, nice house, car etc... but how many things are created by abusing others? How many of the items we buy are made by sweatshop laborers? How many products are tested on innocent animals? How many more trees are cut down because we always want new furniture even when our old is still good? Who did dangerous or hard and damaging labor for our exotic products?
Their is so much we have to consider. And right now within this current system, we all contribute to this because there is hardly a way out. We all buy and live within this system, including myself.
You can’t go live somewhere in the bush either because you would simply ignore the system that will still be there - you will just be hiding from it, while millions cannot even do that and are continued to be brainwashed to fit into this "machine".

If you show gratitude for yourself and being able to live comfortably, then there is nothing wrong with that. I am grateful I have a warm house, food, water, clothing etc... But the problem is that people do this, but then ignore the world and the way everything works. And are just happy they life comfortable, but for the rest ignore the world we live in and all the suffering. What I was able to do in my short life up till now, is using the opportunities the system has placed here for me. I got access to education, a docter whenever I needed it, a family to fall back on, enough food and clothing etc... But if I did not have that, and would for example live in an area of war and poverty - my life would have been completely different. I would not have much to appreciate, maybe would be recruited as a child soldier, and I would have no access to proper education or health care. It would shape me as a being and I would not be the same person as I am right now. It is time we use our common sense and not just go with the things that feel good - because that is the most selfish thing we can do. Focussing on our own feeling good and ignoring the truth of this world.

What is a Destonian ?

You may ask yourself: "wtf is a destonian?"
The word "destonian" refers to the people who are part of the group called Desteni. The group Desteni has been started around 2007, because of the realization that things on Earth are not going alright. That millions live in poverty and that we continue to follow our programmed design, which is largely directed by our current money system. People at Desteni come together as a group to change this, starting with ourselves and then expanding outwards to eventually being able to have an effect on our global world system.

Gandhi once said:
"Be the change that you want to see in the world"

I love that slogan, many people do. I once put it on paper and hung it up on my bedroom wall. I wrote it, I said it, but didn't always fully live it. And that is exactly what Desteni is about, what being a "destonian" is about: living your words in self-honesty. Because we can say these quotes and slogans all we like, if we do not put it in action: what's the use?
To change this world, we will have to start with ourselves - but together with that also realize that without changing the system, all self-change will be undone. Because you die, and the system goes on as it always has been - brainwashing new children day in day out. The system that is us, that we create and maintain and follow. Changing yourself is by not just accepting the way you are programmed to be. It means to use your brain, and not to let your programmed thoughts use you. Programmed thoughts are based on culture and dishonesty for a part. For example fears of being ridiculed, feared of others dissaproval, judgement about certain looks of people (like clothing or hairstyle), jealousy, competition etc...
It is not because you may experience these things, that you have to follow it and accept it as you. You can instead, direct yourself and decide who "you" is, instead of letting it be decided for you. Because people have a tendency to call their programmed self as "who they are", not realizing it is merely the way they have been set up. Being "who you are", includes self-direction, and being totally honest with yourself and taking the steps to direct yourself and change where necessary. It does not go fast or easy often, but you can do it step by step. It can include small things such as stopping to judge your body, stop participating in nasty harmfull gossip, doing things you fear etc... And even when you after that still have such thoughts or feelings "spark up" inside you, you can simply forgive yourself: which means to let it go and not follow it. Forgiving yourself means to leave the past behind and not hold on to it. To give yourself a new chance, new opportunity and self-direction.

Part of being a Destonian is also reaching out to people worldwide, by sharing ourselves and our realizations and build a network of people who care and will do what they can to make a change in this world. Changing this world does not go easy. There are many cultures, many different structures and a money system that keeps it all under domination. The Equal money system is what we have started as the solution to our current system. To bring money back to the level of life/Equality, and remove the seperation and abuse from it.
Reaching out through the internet is more important than some people think. It is a very powerful medium to spread ideas and reach people all over the world. It functions great in bringing people together, organizing and getting ideas. So start blogs, use social media (facebook,twitter,netlog...) and vlogging (youtube, vimeo...).

As long as this current system is up, it will continue to create abuse. Only people who have a saviour construct or ego attached to it will desire it to exist and keep existing: because they desire to feel better/be better or desire to continuosly want to "save others". And who will be left to save for them when there is no more abuse?
If you think things can't change - your not a Destonian.
If you use exuses for things to remain this way - your not a Destonian
If you place your self intrest above the common good - your not a Destonian
If you place your own life form above another life form - your not a Destonian
If you follow your believes and fears about what others will think, to not stand up - your not a Destonian

Wether things will change or not, we will try our best and not give up.

What if all inventors in our world thought: things can't be different, things cant change, this is just life, this is human nature etc...
People would never take chances, people would forever fear making mistakes. No one would try to invent airplanes, or electricity, the Earth would still be flat and Martin Luther King would be just another person following along.

Update on school

Im studying again, because I have to re-do a couple of exams, but I can already definitely pass to my next year, because I passed most exams and you have to at least pass 50% of your courses (I found out just yesterday). But I would like to pass them all so that I don't have to take classes with me to my next year. Although it will be easier anyway since I have studied them intensivly already.
Tip for anyone who is going to university: START EARLY! lol. In College you can learn right infront of your exams and pass, no problem, but university will make the much harder.

Like yesterday I had politics. It is a giant book, 600 pages back and front, A4 size, so larger than a regular book. And additional to that, we also have to watch the news because we get questions about Belgium politics on our exams. Crazy questions like: how much money does DiRupo want to save for... and then you have to give the exact amount. Or the % of "de begroting", or which month and day peron X wants to reach an agreement. So watching the news alone is not enough, you gotta memorize that shit. Dates and months and numbers and a lot of names. I know every politician by now and the areas they work in lol. Unfortunatly he only asked 1 of them. And all thanks to my lovely drawings:) Haha. I have a drawing for each politician, linked to his or her last name. So when I hear the name, I think of the drawing and "see" all the areas they are responsible for. For example: Lieten. In dutch it sounds like "songs". So what I drew is a cd disk and next to it the government who takes it and then plays it, with a poor person next to it. Because she is a politician responsible for media, government investments, innovation and elimination of poverty. So with that drawing, I rememeber it like "they create a cd (media), that the government enhances "innovation" and they use it to sell more and use the money to end poverty (government investment and elimination of poverty). And I do the same for every name and every politician. It is actually very very handy! And also it works the other way around. When he would ask 'who is responsible for media" , I remember the drawing and name connected to it. So thats my tip for students, to use drawings and stuff. Also maps may be cool, try it and you'll be suprised.
The exam went well, I think I passed but we will see because you never know in university, they are pretty strict.

So I was studying and studying, sometimes going to the pc, checking my mail or facebook, desteni forum and youtube etc... And at night it was harder to sleep, like the information keeps spinning in my head. I actually woke up from a dream where I was repeating my exam information. Like I was studying while I was asleep as well. And the day before the exam it's the worst. I get nervous, automaticly. Sleeping gets hard. All I can do is breath and bring myself back to not overthinking and letting my mind calm. But it is not easy, because I have been working with so much information during the day that I can't just "shut it off" even when I want to. But I don't feel bad about it, it is what it is and I deal with it the best way I can.
There are always things that I dont know and I tend to think that THOSE things are exactly what he will ask, and I wont know the answer. Luckly, this hasn't happened yet. I was also lucky with one exam. There was one chapter about the islamic countries, with crazy ass names, arabic names, much harder to remember because it is so uncommen to us. So I could remember general things but not much. I hoped he wouldn't ask it on the exam, but he did ask 1 big question about it. BUT I remembered ! Because I use drawings sometimes. And while I was studying the islamic part, I was drawing something with this 1 name (the name he asked: maududi). I was drawing a grave, because "di" sounded like "die", and I was drawing a country underneath it with a god on it. And during the exam I started to remember: hey ! I did a drawing about this!. And I started to pick up some of the information and could write about it.
I'm also going running now with my mom, 3 times a week for 40 minutes. I used to do athletics when i was a kid, but after a while I didn't like running anymore because I found it to hard, it made me tired. But now it actually goes very easy, I don't get tired at all like I can go on forever. But I learned to not overdo it, and take it easy, because else I will cause my body pain and strain. This happened before when I felt I could go on forever, but afterwards I had pain in my lower legs for a week.
And it is cool my mom is comming a long as well. I also found out another running style and I call it "retard running", haha. You tilt your body to the front, loosen up arms and feet and your kinda "pushed forward" and go much faster with ease. It looks like your running very very retarded. So I was like "mom imagine all people on the street suddenly starting to do this, that would be funny as hell :P". I never thought my mom would go running with me because she used to say "no I dont like running". But now she actually does. And it is also very relaxing, especially to have a break from studying. We have good endurance in our family, without doing anything. I sat still for years, same goes for my brother, and without any effort we have a very big endurance and a low heartrate. The docter thought we were sports people lol. So it must be something genetic.

So next year I have to pick a minor, and I am going for social psychology because I find it intresting, the most intresting of all choices. I was doubting between criminology or psychology, but I am not that good in law. It contains a lot of memorization and I am better with things I have to understand and can visualise or put in my own words. We will also have more practice in writing papers which is good, because this was my first time and I didn't find it easy. But now I'll get loads of practice.

What can we learn from Robert Owen

Robert Owen (14 May 1771 – 17 November 1858) was a social reformer and one of the founders of utopian socialism and the cooperative movement.

As the Industrial Revolution gathered pace thousands of factories sprang up all over the country. There were no laws relating to the running of factories as there had been no need for them before. As a result, dangerous machinery was used that could, and frequently did, cause serious injuries to workers. To add to these dangers, people were required to work incredibly long hours - often through the night. Perhaps one of the worst features of this new industrial age was the use of child labour. Very young children worked extremely long hours and could be severely punished for any mistakes. Arriving late for work could lead to a large fine and possibly a beating. Dozing at a machine could result in the accidental loss of a limb.

People began to realise how bad these conditions were in many factories and started to campaign for improvements. There was a lot of resistance from factory owners who felt it would slow down the running of their factories and make their products more expensive. Many people also did not like the government interfering in their lives. Some parents, for instance, needed their children to go out to work from a young age, as they needed the money to help feed the family.
Not all factory owners kept their workers in bad conditions however. Robert Owen, who owned a cotton mill in Lanark, Scotland, built the village of New Lanark for his workers. Here they had access to schools, doctors and there was a house for each family who worked in his mills.

Robert owen was intrested in creating a new type of community at New Lanark. He believed a person's character was formed by the effects of their environment. With the right environment, this would lead too good, humane and rational people. He saw people as naturally good, but corrupted by the harsh way they were treated.

Community Experiment in America (1825)

In 1825, such an experiment was attempted under the direction of his disciple, Abram Combe; and in the next year Owen himself began another at New Harmony, Indiana, U.S., sold to him by George Rapp. After a trial of about two years both failed completely, due to Owen's lack of presence to govern either of the communities.Neither of them was a pauper experiment; but it must be said that the members were of the most motley description, many worthy people of the highest aims being mixed with vagrants, adventurers, and crotchety, wrongheaded enthusiasts, or in the words of Owen's son "a heterogeneous collection of radicals... honest latitudinarians, and lazy theorists, with a sprinkling of unprincipled sharpers thrown in."
Josiah Warren, who was one of the participants in the New Harmony Society, asserted that community was doomed to failure due to a lack of individual sovereignty and private property. He says of the community: "We had a world in miniature — we had enacted the French revolution over again with despairing hearts instead of corpses as a result. ...It appeared that it was nature's own inherent law of diversity that had conquered us ...our "united interests" were directly at war with the individualities of persons and circumstances and the instinct of self-preservation..." (Periodical Letter II 1856)

What was missed in this experiment, was the re-education of humans (of the adventurers, crotchety, radicals etc...). If you simply set up a community and insert all kind of humans together and give them the structures to live their life in a good way, this wont automaticly lead to a success and a new human being. Look at the elite in this world who "have it all" and still fight and gossip and destroy, pollute, don't give a shit etc... It doesnt mean because you give people all they need and more, that this will lead to good human beings. Since thousands of years we have blindly followed our programming without self-direction. Cultures came and cultures went, people adopted certain rituals, words with meanings attached to it etc... Without a re-education humanity wont change. That is why we from Equal Money, say that there have to be structures set for human re-education. To change all basic structures of society to be based on equality. So that since a young age children are taught to think for themselves, to be self-honest and not just being programmed by a system of egoism and profit drive.
This also reminds me of what the Zeitgeist movement wants. They also want to create these sort of "cities" already with improved and advanced technology, in a resource based society where there is not scarcity.
But as proven in the past and proven today with the rich who have all the resources they need - this will not automaticly lead to a new improved human being. To have a new human being it will take time. We already start today by working on ourselves and creating a group of trust and human beings that realise their equality and live it. That is why we developed the desteniiprocess and the equal money system website. So that the next generations to come can expand this, and so structures can be build to start the re-education of human kind. For this, our profit driven ego system has to go. In that way humans can stop being programmed by it in various ways.
So Owen's idea that humans are determined by their upbringings and conditions is very true, but simply placing them in a new environment wont automaticly and magicaly change this. Especially not with adults who already lived a life of dishonesty and abuse. You have to provide ways to make them look in self honesty at themselves, to understand why they are who they are and the mechanisms that work within them. So that they can as well be effective parents who raise their children within the starting point of Equality and respect for life and self-honesty. It is something that takes time, unfortunatly for many.

Robert Owen made things better for the workers in his factory. Shorter hours, higher pay, leading to happier workers. It made profit go up. Which has also been proven in several American companies.

I’ve been in the search engine marketing business since 1998. When I launched my own company, Elite SEM, in 2004, I knew I wanted to break from a few industry trends. In particular, I wanted to turn the employee compensation model on its head.
In this industry, you find a lot of unhappy employees — they’re underpaid and underappreciated. They rarely stay in their jobs for long, so search marketing companies constantly work to fill vacancies. Even though these firms are known for their high profit margins, business-as-usual seemed like a real headache to me.
So I decided to pay the highest compensation in the industry to my employees — our account executives’ total compensation are well above $50,000, whereas the average starting salary is only $35,000. And our generous commission structure puts them over the edge. Though my profit margin is lower than other companies, we are still profitable. In exchange, I’ve avoided the challenges of dealing with high employee turnover — not a single employee has ever quit in over 6 years.
The disadvantage of putting profit first

The search engine marketing industry — which helps businesses target consumers online through pay-per-click advertising — has grown by leaps and bounds. When I started my company, search engine marketing was a $4 billion dollar industry. Just six years later, it’s reached $18 billion.
The rapid growth of the industry makes it difficult to find qualified employees. Search engine marketing campaigns are more labor-intensive than traditional media campaigns, so companies often need to train candidates in-house. You have to figure out which keywords to target, how the ad campaign will look, and which webpage it links to. Companies usually need to invest in a lot of training to get a good account manager.
However, all of this training often goes to waste because of high turnover. Most account managers start with a low salary and end up jumping around to different agencies or directly to the client side every few years because they get better offers. That leaves former employers scrambling to fill vacancies — not to mention explaining to a client, “Ron left, but I have Paul here, and Paul is great,” without touching on the fact that Paul has less experience.
While these firms are very profitable, the client is left in the lurch because the knowledge leaves with the employee.
Incentivizing the right behavior

When I started Elite SEM, I wanted to trade high profit margins for happier customers and employees. Change started with how I recruited employees. I pay the highest compensation of any search engine marketing company. I offer benefits such as free meals, 401(k) matching contributions, and unlimited sick and vacation days. And I’ve worked hard to create a positive work environment: There’s no dress code at the office, employees can work from home whenever they want, and I don’t micromanage. We also avoid a sense of hierarchy by putting all 20 employees, myself included, in an open space.
In addition to all of the perks, I give my employees financial incentives to work hard. Starting on day one, each employee gets equity in the company. I also have a unique bonus structure based on referrals. If you recruit someone to work for us and they stay for three months, then you get $500. Every year that employee stays with us, an additional $500 is added to the bonus. One employee brought in four co-workers when we started. He got a $10,000 referral bonus last year. This bonus structure encourages people to help fellow employees succeed.
Finally, account managers earn more than 50% of the total company profits, so they bust their butts to make money for our clients.
The payoff

My unique approach has made a real difference. Our clients tend to stay with us twice as long as the industry average, and that’s at least partly because we educate them about how our model leads to more experienced employees. Now, when competitors call our clients to try to earn their business, our customers know to ask how much experience their account managers have and how they are compensated.
Shrinking our profit margin hasn’t hurt the company, either. We are growing at a healthy pace. According to the 2010 Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies, our revenue hit $2.6 million - that is up 292% from 2006 — and more clients now identify our approach as one they want to work with.
I could make substantially more profit if I ran my company like a traditional agency, but I choose to run it differently. Avoiding the headache of employee and client turnover make it all worthwhile.

It is time to lower our everlasting drive of wanting to have more and more and more. This guy still makes profit. If he would abuse workers more he would even get MORE profit. But he chooses not to. He already makes a lot of money and is fine with it. He is fine with him earning a little less profit for his workers to own more and live a good life.
And that is the attitude all business owners should adobt. Instead of the "I dont give a shit, give me my money and the rest can fuck off" attitude.

Dream of people falling to their death

I had a dream where I was standing on a street, it was night and my mom was with me and several other people. It was not a place I knew and it reminded me of a foreign country. There was mostly big buildings and concrete.
We were standing next to a wall and I suddenly heard a thud behind the wall. I found that it sounded like a human body falling hard on the ground. I never heard that sound before, but thats what I thought in the dream. So I was a little fearful to watch, because I didn't knew what it was. I looked behind it and I indeed saw a human body laying on the ground. I yelled it to the others and to call an ambulance and they came looking as well. Then suddenly BOOM another dead body. I looked up and I saw this huuuugeee skyscraper and there was a giant concrete head attacked to the outside, and I saw people crawling out of the giant nostril and jumping to their dead. Before I knew it, the ground was full of corpses. It made me afraid to watch this happen, and suddenly some of them got up, like they didn't get hurt. Others were still laying dead. I wondered how people could dare such a thing, to jump from so high to their death. I remembered how I hesitated in spain to jump of a cliff into the water, which wasnt so high. It was only 4 meters but I was afraid to jump. And now these people jumped from a skycraper that was much much higher. But then in other dreams I once jumped from such high things myself without hesitation but not thinking I would die.

Anyway.what I do with my dreams is see what this shows me about myself. Because your dreams are a creation of your mind.
What this showed me was my fear of injured beings. Actually the fear of being helpless, the fear of being in a situation where I face my fears. An example of this are roadkill. I once saw a cat on the street, she was driven over by a car and guts were out of her body but she was still alive. Her mouth was moving. I was shocked and I cursed that I had to see this again (because I saw many of these things in my life already). My brother was with me and I said we had to kill the cat as soon as possible to end its suffering. I mean a surgery or anything was not even possible, that was obvious. But I didn't knew how to kill her/him. Should I strangle her, or kick her head in? What if it would make things worse? What if it would kill the cat? I felt like shit, because I wasn't able to stop the suffering from that being and I thought about what I would want when I would be that cat. There was another man with us and he knew the owner which was a few houses away and I went to get him but he wasn't home. And when I came back the cat was dead. I was happy she was dead because her suffering was over. But it kept "haunting" me in a way, because I didn't take the actions to end its suffering. I went to seek for the owner so we could call the vet to give it a shot or something. It was closer by than my house and I didn't have a phone with me or a number from a vet (but since then I have stored several numbers just in case). But clearly this would make the process of suffering longer for the cat. Smaller animals are easy to end their suffering, but the larger something gets, the harder.

So these kind of things really stay with me, even when I don't want it to. And this kind of stuff happens daily in our world. I dont know if the person who hit the cat saw it or not.

So within my dream I faced that exact same feeling , the feeling of that person that jumped to his dead, and that he might still be alive and extremely suffering. Although I didn't run from it it still popped up.

And that is how I interpret my dreams, bring them back to yourself because they show yourself .

This is a cool summary made by Manuela J. about the difference between Equal Money and Communism, and why people react to it in the way they do.

When people react to the word "equality" by likening it to communism, they are demonstrating an energetic charge that the word has been imprinted with through historical developments. Aspects of equality were part of the theoretical Marxist idea but Marx never gave practical pointers to implement the idea on realistic terms, hence it remained a theory and nothing more. There are some similarities between an Equal Money system and some of the Marxian ideas. For example, a classless system and equal living condition for all are such shared ideas. Mostly the differences between theoretical Marxian ideas and an Equal Money System (EMS) are in having a living system through practical implementation of the principle of equality rather than a theoretical approach.

As already mentioned, the implemented idea of communism had nothing to do with the theoretical Marxian concepts. The discrepancy between the political ideology of Marxist communism, and the countries that were governed from the so-called premise of communism was and is that in reality these regimes were an extension of capitalism. Those regimes, of which China is still an example, were brought to power through money and war, and the exerted the same type of control upon its citizens as in capitalistic societies. China today is a glorified capitalistic system where dictatorship controls the country and caters to a White Elite with money. Products for consumption are produced by Chinese workers who are exploited for cheap labour. The consumer products are then marketed in the US and Europe where they are bought without recourse to the conditions under which these products were produced. The main factor here is the buying power of a Western and Christian world.

Moreover, the Capitalistic systems, such as the US, have used the idea of Communism as a form of propaganda to promote Capitalism as a system of freedom and choice in comparison to communism as a system of enslavement. Therefore, the word "equality" also triggers fears within people, fears that are pertaining to the loss of individualism. Yet, people who react in fear, or even consider ‘world equality’ as utopia, will falsely believe that they are free in a system where freedom is equated with granted purchasing power maintained through self-interest and greed.

In an EMS the main force is equality as applied and implemented principle - in short, as lived experience. Communism is a political ideology that works under the current monetary system. Equal Money is a new monetary system that works on the principle of equality.To ensure that there are no decisions being made from the standpoint of energetic, pre-programmed reactions, a mathematical principle is applied to create, at all times, what is best for all under all conditions. Equality as it is lived in an EMS, is without precedence and has no historical references because it is foremost a new monetary system that is open, meaning its sphere of influence stretches past nations and society over the entire world. An EMS, as an open system, has the starting point that everyone and every living creature is included. In that it is also differentiated from Communism and Socialism because in an EMS abuse cannot and will not exist.

In Communist regimes of the past and the present, what people shared equally was a poverty point while leaders were functioning from a point of power and ego - thus creating the same hierarchical structures as in a Capitalistic system and dependencies of people on the system. In addition, Communist regimes were engulfed in fighting Capitalism and those who were in opposition of the regime - hence abusing money and resources for the purpose of warfare.

In EMS there are no reasons for the squandering of resources or the need to uphold ideologies because the premise of functioning is that everyone is equal and only what is best for all is implemented - thus poverty and warfare is a thing of the past.

Members of Desteni stand for and work towards the worldwide implementation of an EMS. They are committed to facing and solving the problems that are here in the world. Destonians will achieve this through the basic steps of education and an effective income plan. Education is one of the basic approaches to re-create ourselves, all humans, from a starting point where we understand what it means to live in this world, to live with oneself and to live as an equal to all that is here. Mother bear kills cub and then itself to end suffering

The Chinese media has reported on an extraordinary account of a mother bear saving her cub from a life of torture by strangling it and then killing itself.

The bears were kept in a farm located in a remote area in the North-West of China. The bears on the farm had their gall bladders milked daily for 'bear bile,' which is used as a remedy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

It was reported that the bears are kept in tiny cages known as 'crush cages', as the bears have no room to manoeuvre and are literally crushed.
The bile is harvested by making a permanent hole or fistula in the bears' abdomen and gall bladder.
As the hole is never closed, the animals are suspect to various infections and diseases including tumours, cancers and death from peritonitis.

The bears are fitted with an iron vest, as they often try to kill themselves by hitting their stomach as they are unable to bear the pain.
A person who was on the farm in place of a friend witnessed the procedures and told Reminbao.com that they were inhumane.

The witness also claimed that a mother bear broke out its cage when it heard its cub howl in fear before a worker punctured its stomach to milk the bile.

The workers ran away in fear when they saw the mother bear rushing to its cub's side.
Unable to free the cub from its restraints, the mother hugged the cub and eventually strangled it.
It then dropped the cub and ran head-first into a wall, killing itself.

Many TCM practitioners have denounced the use of bear bile in their treatment as there are cheaper herbs and synthetics that can be used in its place.

Bear bile is traditionally used to remove 'heat' from the body as well as treat high fever, liver ailments and sore eyes.

This is one of the many antrocities that happen day in day out in our world. Every second of every day, abuse happens and is supported through our capitalist system.

People are kept dumb and uneducated, are raised and programmed to be selfish and consider themselves better than other life forms and inferior to change anything, your never good enough or pretty enough because when you insecure you give money to items and stuff that is supposed to "fulfill" you etc...

We have created a world, where sometimes death looks far better than being alive. Look at the sweatshop workers that try to commit suicide, and look at this bear who rather is dead than spending it's life being tortured.
If I would be an animal that would have to stay in cages my entire life, being used to poke a hole in my stomach for bile... Yes, I would rather kill myself, before they breed another being into my body to make it suffer as well. I would withdraw myself from this planet, and I would completely understand it if all animals start to do this.
The shit that we allow to exist is so extreme, that we have developped a mechanism to ignore it, to desensitize ourselves, to become apathic robots that do not care and rather stay blindfolded than to face what we allow - while we still reap the "benefits" of this abuse ourselves. Our clothings, toys, beauty products, medicine...

Imagine you and your baby, being kept by aliens in metal cages where they go through your belly button to drain liver fluid that they use to treat their symptoms of illness. Imagine this for a moment. This is what those bears have to go through. Would you expose your child to this day in day out? A life of suffering?

We gotta start waking up, shake yourself awake! Expose these things! Vlog about it and blog about it, share it with the people around you. Bring in other perspectives than the common television propaganda. Share other viewpoints and stop thinking your to small to change anything.

Without the people, the system is not here. Without you, and me, and all individuals, the system is dead. It requires our support to exist and profit.

Desteni YouTube Channels attacked and terminated !

A couple of Desteni channels have been closed down on youtube, because of several haters of Desteni flagging the video's. They are probably cheering about their "great accomplishment", their little online war, but actually they are just puppets of the game / the system - which kills of and denies everything that does not fit into its frame and into the status quo. They are the defenders of the status quo, against equality, and supporters of a world of enslavement. Fighting to defend the little elite bubbles.

To quote one of my Destonian friends Joao:
"Almost 2000 years ago a man was also crucified by haters of Equality: Capitalism - the Ego-Ism - killed a man that was spreading the exact same message that Desteni is spreading.

A few days later he "rose from the dead.

Desteni will do the same".

It does not affect our actions and stance in any way. We have loads of members with their own channels and blogs. And when one thing closes, we just restart somewhere else. We go on until we are death and don't stop. So try fighting against the dead, lol.
The Desteni message will not be stopped because we have grown in numbers and far to many people have started to truly care about life. And once you truly care, there is no turning back.

Many people who tried to bring change in this world have been opposed, even with violence and death as a result. The closer someone gets to a real breakthrough, the more opposition sparks up.
We have a growing worldwide network of dedicated people, that do not only reach others through the internet, but also in our every day lives. As we grow and expand, we all develop our own skills of being the director of our lives. In that way, Desteni grows into a movement of leaders, without a top. The point is that all become leaders of life and Equality. When this happens worldwide, it gets very hard to stop, even for people who are in power today.
When the people stand up, they stand strong and stand in numbers.

What Vegetarians and Vegans are missing

I want to start by saying this blogpost is in no way an attack at vegetarians or vegans. I have been and am a vegetarian/vegan for over 9 years. Why? Because I have access to a lot of information, same as anyone else part of the richer folks in this world (im talking about regular middle class folks), I got a pc to browse, library, media, a docter I can visit whenever I want to, education and all kinds of shops with all kinds of foods from all over the world. This is not the reason why I became a vegetarian. The reason was because I was exposed to what was happening to animals in slaughterhouses and other places all over the world. How animals were mistreated and abused. Someone in my class told me about this and I went to research online.
Before this, I didn't care about it because I didn't knew about it. When a friend of mine became vegetarian, I remember saying to her "just eat meat, the animals are already dead anyway". Lol, very ignorant but I didnt realise it back then, that they are only dead because there is a demand for their flesh. Else they ofcourse would not be bread in the first place.

So I did research, about eating without meat, what contains which nutrients, what vitamins I had to look out for. I already had an iron deficiency when I was 15 (still ate meat then), but haven't had it since then. Also read about vitamin B 12 and calcium and all the knowledge I could get my hands on.
It was also the start of my like for cooking. I started to prepare my own food because I enjoyed it. At first my mom just cooked like she always did, for everyone, and she replaced the meat with a vegetarian burger or something. So my diet didn't really change. I liked the burgers equally as much, even more often than the meat. But thats also because I had a lot of burgers to choose from.
We also had a nature shop in our town, and other towns as well. I started to experiment more with cooking. Using lentils, beans, different mixes with vegetables, grains such as amarant and quinoa (which I am highly sensitive to, quinoa makes my stomach hurt and gives me diarrea).

I had and have all the alternatives you can think off.
At first I wanted everyone to become a vegetarian so that all animal abuse would stop. But soon I discovered lot's of people simply don't care. Some family members even thought I was part of a cult because I became a vegetarian. o_O. Up to today, I am still the only vegetarian in my family. Although I think my niece is as well, because I overheard something at a family gathering.

Now I see many vegetarians think that becomming a vegan or vegetarian will stop world hunger and poverty, end ainmal abuse and will make people healthier etc...
But what they (and what I) was/are missing, is that our profit driven system creates poverty and situations where people do not have access to the info we have, and dont have enough money to buy all the food we can buy.

A lot of people have no alternative at all. You can desire the world to become vegetarian, and it ending animal abuse, but it is not realistic because our money system inables it.
Millions are deprived, the whole system has a gignatic junkfood industry, a huge meat industry getting loads of profit. A huge part of the population uneducated or brainwashed to simply consume and produce and be selfish without considering other life forms.

Only in a system of equality, like the equal money system, animals can stop being abused.
In this system, it will not end. Same as all the other abuse will not end.
Not after protesting or donating or whatever. It has never stopped.
Powerfull people are in place , who don't give a shit. And lot's of people are programmed, to not give a shit as well.
Even when I look at the ones I know, in my small circle... So many that simply dont care. And that is just 1 tiny part of this entire world. You begin to see that changing this wont be easy, not at all.

To adress all forms of abuse, we require a total new system that is based on life and not on profit. That places living beings and nature and cooperation on nr 1, and not making money and competition.

Being Vegetarian is only possible in an equal society – in the current society mostly elite wealthy people and middleclass can consider that life style. The ones who have access to all the education and food.

Our capitalist system compromises the whole food production, creating food that is highly addictive but very damaging to the human body. And not only the human body, but also towards the environment and the whole system of food production.

Today, the food system no longer responds to the nutritional needs of people, nor to sustainable production based on respect for the environment, but is based on a model rooted in a capitalist logic of seeking the maximum profit, optimization of costs and exploitation of the labour force in each of its productive sectors. Common goods such as water, seeds, land, which for centuries have belonged to communities, have been privatized, robbed from the people and converted into exchange currency at the mercy of the highest bidder.

Faced with this scenario, governments and international institutions have bent to the designs of the transnational corporations and have become accomplices, when not co- profiteers, in a productivist, unsustainable and privatized food system. The alleged "concern" of these governments and institutions (G8, World Trade Organization, World Bank and so on) at the increase in the price of the staple foods and its impact on the most disadvantaged populations of the Southern countries [1] only reveals their deep hypocrisy with respect to an agricultural and food model that brings them important economic benefits. A model which is in turn used as an imperialist instrument of political, economic and social control by the major economic powers of the North, the United States and the European Union (as well as their agro-alimentary multinationals) with respect to the countries of the global South.

The food crisis situation seen in 2007 and 2008, with a sharp increase in basic food prices highlights the extreme vulnerability of the current agricultural and food model.

A food crisis which has left after another 925 million hungry, according to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). As its director-general Jacques Diouf puts it: "the number of people suffering from malnutrition before the rise in the price of food in 2007 was 850 million. In that year alone it increased by 75 million to reach 925 million" [2] A figure that will rise to 1.2 billion hungry in 2017, according to the US Department of Agriculture (ETC Group 2008). But in fact, the current food crisis is already affecting directly or indirectly half of the population worldwide, more than three billion people (Holt-Giménez, 2008).

Political-social action with the aim of achieving real change in the political and economic institutions towards a new model of development and sustainable social and ecological growth is essential: it requires legislation prohibiting the cultivation and marketing of genetically modified products, an end to the monopoly of mass distribution with regulation and transparency throughout the chain of marketing and so on. A paradigm shift in the production, distribution and consumption of food. It will only be possible within a broader political, economic and social transformation and to achieve this is the creation of spaces of resistance, transformation and collective political action is essential.

So as the alternative, we are working on the equal money system that will bring about another world. Where we can end animal abuse, for real.

I hope this point is clear for you, if you are a vegetarian or vegan or any person who wants to end animal abuse or any form of abuse. It cannot happen in the system that we currently have. It simply is not build to achieve such goals. It functions on abuse and seperation and competition and will never do what is best for all.

Poverty and malnutrition makes children face rot away

Yes, the child on that picture is alive.
There was no accident or crime that caused this gigantic wound on his face, it is caused by Noma; a gangrenous disease leading to tissue destruction of the face, especially the mouth and cheek.

It occurs during periods of compromised immune function. Noma thrives in communities characterized by extreme poverty, severe malnutrition (particularly micronutrient deficiencies), unsafe drinking water, poor sanitation, poor oral health practices, high infant mortality, limited access to high-quality health care, and a high prevalence of low birth weight, attributable primarily to intrauterine growth retardation.
Accurate epidemiologic data are lacking because noma occurs predominantly in poor communities that do not keep health records and, frequently, have a nomadic lifestyle. Also, the disease is often hidden by families who consider it an evil omen. In 1998, the WHO estimated the annual global incidence at 140,000 and the associated mortality at 70 to 80 percent among persons who are not treated promptly. As you can see in the pictures, it damages the child's face severely, making it very hard to eat or drink, not drool, smile or talk. Sometimes the children get abandoned by their family who think a curse lies upon them. Those people live in poverty, they are not more evil than you and I. They simply did not have the education we had. Years and years back we were also stuck in superstition and religion, and actually many of us still are.

I saw a documentary about this last night. Plastic surgeons came to help the children get a face back. One of the surgeons said that it is hard to go back to his home country, where people visit him for minor issues such as a boob or nose job. That it really made him look at these things differently.

And it is true. We concern ourselves with such superficialness because we live in a system that creates feelings of inferiority, where you will never be good enough and always have to buy the next thing that will fulfill you. And we allow this and keep it alive by following it and living up to it.
That very system allows poverty and ignorance, a population blind from what is really happening in this world. A world where millions starve, while there is food and technology enough to feed more than the entire global population.

The reason why I write about these issues is to hopefully open some people's eyes, to snap out of lazyness and inferiority and stand up to change this world. It could be your child in the future, it could be you, on the downside of this system. Does it have to go that far until you start to care? Caring does not depend on your feeling, it depends on your self-willed action.
That is why we work on a solution, the Equal money system , so that we can step by step create another world starting by giving money the value of life. And not placing value of money above life as we are currently doing. This is a first step to another world. Because you simply cant remove money all at once in a complex world such as this. It's a nice ideal, but practicly it doesn't work. You have to take all in consideration. ALL the religious people, the uneducated, the criminals, the elite etc... You need to mobilize those without a voice and give them one and prove and show another way is possible. It takes time and it takes effort.

Changing lovers like cellphones

We live in a world of abundance - well... some of us do, the rich ones, the lucky ones who are granted a blessed life by this system (which is the minority). We have opportunities to earn money, more money than required for our basic survival. So with that extra money we can buy extra stuff. And to keep the market going, a lot of extra stuff is created and a lot of energy goes into the creation of media and commercials that will make the people desire to buy all that extra stuff.

A lot of that extra stuff is produced fast, or produced cheap, often by people who work to many hours a day for not enough money for extra stuff - to provide for those who can buy the extra stuff.
So the products are often not the best quality. It brakes down fast. Like cellphones for example. And then the ones who can buy the extra stuff have to replace it pretty soon, which keeps this economy going as well. Or they simply want the newest design, another color, another style to their "look" or whatever.

And so we switch and buy things so easily not considering where the products come from, and where they go to after we dispose them. How this garbage affects our planet and thus all life forms. What is required to keep this production up, and how it suffocates life more and more.

That fact reminded me of how easily people in this world seem to switch lovers/boyfriends/girlfriends/wifes and husbands. It is like increasing more and more. People always look for a new thrill, a recharge of their feelings which they place on top. As soon as that special feeling is gone, they go look for their next hit - it is like drugs basicly. I think it is pretty much the same processes in your brain just not as intense as when you take drugs. But it has similarities. People look for those feelings, and place it on top of everything else, even when that means hurting another or damaging the common good. Like a planet of egoists.
instead of living together to improve ourselves and also each other - we live together in our pursuit of individual happyness and discard anything which does not give us our hit anymore. Partners often support dishonesty within each other, patterns of dependancy or jealousy, of anger and spite etc... keeping each other stuck in a bubble. "honey are you really going to wear that dress tonight?" , where the wife goes and changes clothing to suit the males need for a pretty picture which will satisfy his ego and desires, using the woman as a trophee. It is just one example.
And in that way people say they care about each other. But do they really? Or is this "caring" simply a disguise for selfishly seeking satisfaction at the costs of life itself?

Snitches get stitches

Yesterday I watched a documentary called "behind bars", where Louis Theroux visits a Miami mega jail.

In that particular jail, dangerous inmates await trial and have to live with up to 24 in a prison cell and have these gladiator style codes where they fight each other. The cell's are not that big, and with 24 you are constantly together in a small space. They have a single shower and two toilets. The prisoners can visit the yard twice a week for an hour.

It is a very tough world in there, because of the fightings and the codes the inmates follow. They have this line "snitches get stitches". It means that when another inmate talked about someone, doesnt matter about who or what, he gets beaten up into the hospital. Even when the person didn't snitch but is ASSUMED to have snitched, he still gets beaten up. Or when the bunk bed under yours is stolen from, you get beaten up because you were supposed to watch it. Or when you get into a new cell, you have to fight all the men inside to prove your strenght.
There was one guy, looked pretty young and was quite small compared to the other guys. He got transferred from another prison and he said he hated it in there, that it was hell. I could feel what he was going through, being stuck in a prison with all these tough guys who wants to fight you. The officers that guarded the prison said they wont know what would happen to him, and that he might get beaten up and they will only find out when they let the prisoners out to eat the next day. Or that he may get raped. They said that while the guy was sitting there and I felt as if they would say that to me when I would be in prison. Fucking hell, it would be hell indeed. You have no control what so ever about what will happen to you, and you know the guards cant protect you from the other inmates.
That was also quite shocking, on how many guards knew what was going on but were helpless to it, because they dont know what to do about it. It is a pretty old jail and new jails cost 600 million dollar. I think it was that amount, Louis asked one of the officers. So here again the problem is money. Not only the problem within the jail but also the reason why many of the inmates got in there in the first place.

Louis talked to one of the inmates who was in there for carjacking and harming people because of it. He asked him: "do you feel any regret?". The inmate replied:" no, I don't feel regret and I would do it again to provide for my family."

So that was a person pushed into crime because of being in poverty, which happens a lot in our world system. Those guys in that prison didn't just spawn out of nowhere as criminals, with their specific thug language and attitude and crimes. They are not some special evil kind of human. They are actually like you and I, simply programmed in a different way. If you are raised within such a culture, chances are high your brain gets wired the same way as those around you. And you will speak the language, use the body language and adapt "the codes" and ways of survival and following your ego. The same way as we often follow along blindly.
People are easy to judge and say "thank god those criminals are behind bars, that filth." But they don't realise how our system creates people to become like that. If they would be raised in my position for example, they wouldn't have become as they are right now. They wouldn't speak that language, they wouldn't need to fight for their survival, they wouldnt have such examples around them. The profit driven system creates poverty and competition and never does whats best for all.
So if you want to change these things, if you dislike criminals, then help out fixing the system that creates it in the first place. Else dont complain because it won't just go away.

There is also a cell which has an area they call "the paint". On that spot, inmates fight each other to show who is a mark and who is a player. If your one of the players, you get the bottom bed, and the marks get the top bunks. Which I found kinda odd, because to me the upper bed would seem the best bed, because you are "on top" and have an oversight over the room. But apparantly their code said otherwise. When asked "why do you guys do that to each other?". An inmate reply: "that's just the code". So they simply follow it along. Instead of making it easier for each other and getting along, they make it harder for each other.

Also what they do a lot is masturbate, especially at the female officers walking in the halls overseeing the cells. They find it very disrespectfull but can't stop it. Some prisoner said in the other prison they got magazines to mastrubate to, but here they dont so they do it to the other officers. One guy said he had an addiction to it, and others that it is some of the few things left for them to do.

So really, that place is not a good place to re habilitate (if that is the correct word for it). It is not a supportive environment at all.

Money creates the crimes, the cultures and businesses that create it and shape criminals, and the very system also punishes the same crimes it creates.

"A few days into my stay I arrived at the jail to find there had been a fight on the sixth floor - a man had been badly beaten by several of his cellmates. I visited the cell and was told by several inmates that the victim had been testifying on other people's cases. "Snitches get stitches," one said.

I tracked down the victim, who'd just arrived back from the clinic, his eyes swollen shut, looking as though he'd just gone 10 rounds with Vitali Klitschko. He said his cellmates had taken it in turns to fight him, one after another, six or seven in a row - a practice called "line-up".

Gingerly, I raised the possibility that he might have aroused the ire of his compadres by co-operating with the state on his case, maybe against his co-defendants? He said the idea was absurd - he'd been arrested for driving with a suspended licence.
Early in our visit, I heard whispers from the officers accompanying us that some of the inmates were being "disrespectful" during interviews. I was confused. They were shouting? Making faces?

No, they were "gunning" - that is to say masturbating - "at" and "to" our female director and assistant producer.

I recalled that some of the men behind bars had been swaddled in sheets as they stood or had lain covered on their beds - I'd assumed this was because they were camera shy - but in fact, it was explained, this was the better to hide.

Undoubtedly the practice was strange and uncomfortable for all the members of our team. And yet, even this I came to see as symptomatic of the strange conditions of the cells in the Main Jail. Deprived of any outside sensory stimulus they were hyper-alert to the sight of young women from the outside.

And without privacy, sharing a single shower, many of the men had lost their sense of the normal social barriers - they were around each other continuously, using the toilets, speaking to loved ones on the phone, and, presumably, indulging in other physical functions. And when we were around them, the same rules applied to us - many of them, living like animals, had lost their grip on social norms."

How fair is our school grading system ?

I have been going to university for a year now, and I have noticed something that I find unfair.
You have to study big courses and books, and on the exam you only get 3 questions. Not always , sometimes you get multiple choice exams, and when you fill in the wrong one, you dont just get 0, but you get -3 or -7 . On the open questions exam, you often get a limited amount of questions. Like for history we got 3 questions out of the whole course we had to study which was a lot! And 1 of the questions I didn't know, I hadn't heard of it or missed it somewhere. But when you then do average on your other 2 questions, you may fail your exam. Even when you studied hard. If they would have asked me 40 question for example, I would defenetly pass.

It seems like they want people to fail, because imagine if EVERYONE would pass.

What about all the people who get higher paid jobs, how would they create the demand for higher paid jobs? Who will bare the consequences? And what if there are not enough higher paying jobs for all the people who graduate.
I understand it takes more time to correct 20 questions instead of 3, but 3 open questions is just not enough to really evaluate someone. Also it does not evaluate someones starting point, what they want to contribute to in this world. But I mean look at the system we got, people who only care for themselves and their money are in elite positions. People who will go over corpses, who will abuse others to get more and be superior.

All the focus is on money now, and the jobs are shaped in that way. Profit is on nr 1, and it will always destroy and place life on nr 2 or 3 or 8 ...

It is almost to strange to imagine. When I think about it, I have something like "this cant be done on purpose, people just cant do such a thing on purpose". But when I look at this world and what people do or allow, I see that people can really do and plan such things on purpose. If you look at for example how the church and elite played together supressing the poor in the past, how the elite still does, how the population is kept dumb and doesnt stand up , how corporations use and promote sweatshop work, how people test make up on animals, how starvation of millions of beings is allowed... this shit is real. Its unimaginable but it is real. If you are looking for hell, live the life of a being that is abused like that, that is starving to death or being experimented on. THAT is hell.

And their are many rich people, part of the elite, corporate bosses etc... who know very well that this current system cannot function if everyone would have the opportunities they had, when everything would have access to all the education, a good place to grow up, would be able to make as much money as they, would consume the same amount of food, produce the same amount of waste ,use as much energy and have as much cars and possession etc... It would be a global overload. And who will produce all the extra products that suddenly the entire world population desires and takes for granted? So you see, you need workers, you need those on the bottom so the rich can prosper.

The problem is that those on top have to much and want to much, in spite of the majority. The millions who dont even have the opportunity or the socialisation to reach the position they have reached. Also not everyone is programmed to want to be superior or able to exploit others for ones own profit. That we allow and even promote such people to be on top of the system, is crazy. That we allow the biggest abusers to run the world... The fact is though ,that those on top also create the system. So then it makes sense why things are the way we are. And we can't blame them, they are as programmed as anyone else. That is why you gotta start by looking at yourself and who you are, and why you have allowed this system to exist and still do. That is what each of us has to do.

The rich have to much, because if everyone would be able to have 3 cars, a big ass house, many gadgets, luxury, clothing, jewels etc... there are simply not enough trees, not enough powerplants, not enough resources and workers. Just imagine everyone in Africa having these opportunities.

That is why the elite has to take a step back, so that all can live a good life. A life to enjoy yourself, a life where you dont have to suffer and struggle to survive, a life where you dont have to fear for your childrens future, a life whith respect for our planet and all resources, not thinking memememememem constantly, but considering the outflow and consequences of our actions today in the future, and that what we take, does not always simply come back. We can live in a way that all people are taken care off, and therefor yes the rich will have to let go a little. For the mjority to also have. Many of them will probably not agree with that, but they are the minority. When people get a voice, they wont be able to stop it. Millions together, and prepared, are not that easily stopped. And that is what we are working on. It takes time, it takes preperation, but this is what we are doing and what those within our group will do for the next generation if required. But a beginning has to be set, and the beginning is now.

The trap of memory

Some time ago, someone I knew in my family was disappointed and the conclusion of that person was that "X and Y never did anything for him". I recalled the many times X and Y did a lot for him, numerous examples came up into my brain and I showed it to him asking "don't you remember this and that etc...". He remained quiet for a while as if he then suddenly realized that he had forgotten all of that.

It is one example of how we can fool ourselves, and create abuse (through words, spite, anger etc...) based on our flawed memory. Because lots of people forget a lot of things. If I asked my friends about certain things from the past for example, they had no memory of it what so ever. So if you then make assumptions or blames DEPENDING on the memory, you may be completely fooled and also creating friction simply because you can’t remember a certain thing but see "your" memory as the truth.

In the example I gave in the beginning, that person may then go be by himself whelming in self-pity on how no one ever did anything for him (because he can't remember) and to develop frustration and anger towards the people he is FALSLY accusing.

And this really made me understand of how import it is to not depend on memory to live, to not depend who you are on our flawed memory. Because in that way we do not only limit ourselves, but also abuse those around us. Creating unnecessary friction and reactions that will control you and become part of who you are. It can create arguments that go on for days and even years about people saying “NO, THIS happened”, “nono, THIS happened, you are wrong!”.

The point is to be self-honest at all times, then the trap of memory cannot fool you.
For example even when you do not remember another doing something for you, it does not change anything about who you are. Because why depend yourself on whether others did something for you or not? And when you get emotional reactions, to see where they come from and what their pattern is, and to let it go and not let it control you. Then blame will simply not be allowed by yourself because blame serves no purpose but to create friction and develop self-pity.
Being self-honest is thus the cure, even when you have a flawed memory. So that you can live in the moment, breath by breath, and not be shifted because of some memory. That is the same when things in your mind pop up that are violent, or didn’t happen. That you do not follow it like a slave but let it go and not give it energy.

You express yourself as what honors you and life the most. That is why it is important that we take a look at who we have become in this world, and don’t just accept it as “who we are”. It is who we are programmed to be by our surroundings (or memory flaws :P), but we can actually start to become our own direction. And not allow these things to create a world of friction, a world of war. The arguments we have with those around us, or in our heads, are mini-wars. Why allow this? Ask yourself.

Haters and their ego problems

It has been a while since I made a blog post, because I have exams and it takes up a lot of my time. I have 4 days now until my next one, so I decide to make another post about something that I have recently noticed.

It is the tendency of people to not do something, because their ego gets in the way.
Our group (the desteni group a.k.a. Equality movement) is growing stronger and stronger, and sometimes we decide to do things in group. Some "haters" have used this to make insults and spread lies such as that we are "slavishly copying whatever 'the leader' tells us to do". They see we sometimes blog about certain topics in group, but dont seem to understand that we do this to raise our effectiveness and get the message out there and make it stronger on the web so people are more likely to find it. We use whatever we can to get eyes to open. There is no "leader tell, so I follow like a slave" involved. Some people have taken more direction than others, because they have pushed themselves to be directive and develop their potential. It does not mean they think they are superior, or that we are superior. Just like a child is not inferior because it has to learn from it surroundings. A person who directes him or herself, does nto have to wait for everyone else just in the sake of not being called "a dictator". Else we would be waiting forever on each other, just as we have been doing. Why should someone who realized many things and directs himself, not express it? If you care, and you truly want a change, then you will share it, and then you won't let yourself be held back by fears such as "people are going to think i think I am better than them" or "people are going to see me as a dictator"...

Some seem to have an ego problem, where they see someone being very directive, having many great ideas and suggestion, and then DELIBERATLY dont do it because "that person has already said to much, that person gave to much direction, that person already made to much decisions, i dont want to do it because people will think i am a slave etc...".
Those are all ego problems, linked on wanting to be seen a certain way by others, or not wanting another to be as directive as they can be, just in the sake of you not feeling equal. All very subjective, and seriously limiting. In that way we would hold people back from their full potential, because of our fears and ego and worries about others. Instead of pushing each other and simply doing what is best. If a person takes many direction, has many great ideas which work, then we do it. It is as simple as that. If someone else will bring up great ideas, we do it as well, which has happened. But the haters always think it is 1 person who controls all his "slaves". As if we are numb robots just repeating things, not really having a clue of what they are talking about. Which indicates they have not really heard our videos properly. We can explain what we talk about, we can lay it out. We don't just follow it because someone sais it.

I will give an example. One day we saw many assumptions were going around by haters, about what is self-honesty. By their words it showed they did not understand it and were spreading lies about it, acting as if that is what we said and mean by "self honesty". So we decided, as a group, for those who wanted to contribute, to make videos about it and explain what is the difference between self-honesty and honesty. The more videos the better, because then people are more likely to find ours then those of haters who spread lies and will deceive many people. And THAT is why we do things like that, not because we just do it with an empty brain staring in the distance simply repeating. LOL. If we didn't care, we wouldn't bother with a lot of things. But we do care, so you will hear from us now and in the future.

Also what some seem to really go off about, is that we "say the same things". I don't know where they have been living, but I hear people in my community repeat things all the time. Like these standard words and phrases. Like sort of catch phrases people use or copy from each other.
One example the haters gave was that we all say "thx for sharing, thx for posting". When we say that, we really mean it. And yes it may all look the same, but that is because we are simply thankfull and why should we try to write it differently just in the sake of not writing the same thing? Thats another ego issue. Like "it is not special enough" or "what will people think of us/me". Why would we, in the sake of such worries, try to write another thing simply because others are saying it as well. If we are thankful and have nothing to add, we say things like "thx for sharing" or whatever. If we have something else to add then we will.
But haters like to use every single thing to defend their lies and ignorance. And paint us of like a mind controled group.

So make sure your ego is not in the way, where you don't do something simply because of your own fears or worries what people will think or how you might be perceived.
Without self-honesty, you will most likely not be able to spot your own ego. Maybe listen to some more 'what is the difference between honesty and self-honesty' videos ;)

The Free Speech Effect

In this world we regulate things such as drugs and guns, because of the irresponsible behavior humanity shows when being allowed to make use of such things with full freedom. Although it is rather odd that alcohol, a hard drug, is allowed when it has dramatic abusive consequences on the human physical body and society as a whole, often much greater than any other drug. So we are kinda measuring with two sizes here...

Humanity is shaped into a certain direction by our global system. Our system functions on profit, which requires competition and egoism and the manipulation of consumers to buy more and be oblivious or don’t give a shit about where there products come from.
The population is dumbed down. As long as things revolve around profit, quantity will go over quality. We don’t have the full information, we don’t even have the self-honesty to realize why we are the way we are, and what the effect on the world in totality is of “being who we are”.

Our choices of cloths and make up for example, is generally decided by our culture. Our opinions regards religion are often there because of our family and friends who passed it on – based on their own believes, fears and desires. A long time ago, the elite and churches used religion to keep the population under control, to make the poor accept their poverty. People often didn’t see that, and followed along with was being told to them. It was extreme deception and manipulation. And it has not gone extinct, it shape shifts into various forms.

That’s why you see people holding up “God hates fags” signs in America. Or people singing about how all sinners will go to hell, or you have neo nazi’s shouting their racist slogans, or have “gangsta boys” talking about bitches and ho’s.

We seem to have this moral law of “free speech is holy”, without realizing our free speech is not that free as we think it is. It is mostly programmed, which means we are defending the program. And that means we are our own slave masters.

Do you really think you would have the opinion that all black people are inferior to white people, when you would be born in a leftist equality loving family? Or that you would still think men have to be strong and tough, if you would be raised in a community which sais manliness is based on being gentle and caring?

The media as well plays in easily on people’s opinions. I know a few who blindly believe what the media tells them. When famous media people talk good about something or someone , then suddenly it IS good – and vice versa. Or when the media blames all refugees for a bad situation in a country, many media consumers go with it, start to blame while not even doing their own research or using their own brains. Not realizing our system creates refugees and poverty, and how poverty creates bad circumstances and behavior, how we all contribute to this etc... it is because we live in a copy cat system, not a system where you have to use your own common sense. It is like in school, the major point in school is to learn and be able to repeat.

My point is to not just promote your own opinions, believes and ideas as what is valid and what is true. As if you have created it, independently, and therefore it is all good. Without using common sense and self-honesty to realize why you are that way and why you think that way.

Within our actions and words we should always be self-honest and check where it comes from and why we allow it within ourselves.
For example:
If your opinion is that porn is not bad, you should look at the cause and consequence of porn, and why you defend it. Why you would place your own self-interest above the common good of all.

Pornography directly leads to the objectification and dehumanization of women. Pornography presents women as objects, sexualized means to gratification. Pornography is not about "sexuality", it has nothing to do with "sex" at all. Pornography is blatant and utter exploitation, plain and simple.
Men who view pornography do not limit the objectification to the woman on the screen/magazine, as though that wasn't bad enough. They take the image and apply it to all women: your sister, mother, wife, girlfriend, etc. Soon, the object becomes a woman at the office, a co-worker, friend, or neighbor. The object becomes you or someone you love.

Larry Baron and Murray Straus (1984) undertook a 50-state correlational analysis of reported rape rates and the circulation rates of eight pornographic magazines: Chic, Club, Forum, Gallery, Genesis, Hustler, Oui, and Playboy. A highly significant correlation (+0.64) was found between reported rape rates and circulation rates. Baron and Straus attempted to ascertain what other factors might possibly explain this correlation. Their statistical analysis revealed that the proliferation of pornographic magazines and the level of urbanization explained more of the variance in rape rates than the other variables investigated (for example, social disorganization, economic inequality, unemployment, sexual inequality).

If we want another world, a world of dignity, respect, peace and true liberty and love – we will have to start with ourselves. We will have to look at what we do and say and not just blindly do and say as we have always done or because those around you do it. Do some self-reflection, be honest to yourself. Look at the outflow of your behavior and words and what it would mean if everyone would do it. What would it mean on a global level, what side effects would be created. Learn to connect the dots and be your own self-direction in life.

It is a fact that our so called “free speech” is actually conditioned programmed speech. Or speech that is based on believes and assumptions, spoken out, heard by others, who will often copy it – which has a chain effect of lies. After many many lies, how will you track back the origin ? Only by being self-honest can you do that. Looking at what it implies and why it is followed. For example with conspiracy believes, or believes in 2012. It are things that pre-occupy many minds, but have no value for this world. It divides further and keeps people busy – while they could be working on something constructive instead. Because it is easy to think about conspiracies your entire life, until you die... And then what?

Chinese iPad factory workers have to promise not to commit suicide

Workers in Chinese factories where iPads and iPhones are made, have to sign a contract where they promise not to commit suicide and “cherish their lives”. The last 16 months at least 14 employees of the Foxconn factories in China ended their lives because of horrible working conditions.

This is the slavery still existent in 2011 people – don’t let anyone tell you slavery has ended hundreds of years ago. It didn’t.

They have so sign a contract that they will cherish their life, while the companies they work for don’t even give a shit about their life and do not treasure life at all. The only reason why they want them to sign such a contract is because they could keep making profit and not lose their employees because of suicides. This is totally unacceptable – and happening in our world day in day out, for products that a lot of us have bought, not knowing what is truly happening for those products to be made and sold.

Yet it does not have to be that way. Within an Equal money system the best quality will be produced, by workers and a lot of automation. No worker – in any job what so ever- would be exploited for profit, would be placed in horrible working conditions that drives one towards suicide. Automation would be imported to take care of the jobs it can take care of, making quality that lasts and not quantity that breaks down fast so it is replaced fast to make profit.

In the factories of the Apple-supplier in Chengdu or Shenzen, a lot of others have attempted suicide, according to an investigation of 2 ngo’s with 500.000 employees. Its about the 'Centre for Research on Multinational Corporations' and 'Students & Scholars Against Corporate Misbehaviour' (Sacom), say the Guardian/The Observer and the Daily Mail.

Excessive overtime

According to the researchers, excessive overtime is the standard, despite the restrictions from the law of 36 hours per month. The Observer saw a paycheck from an employee that had done 98 hours of overtime in 1 month.
During the period the demand for iPads was huge, the employees could only have 1 day off per 13 (long)days.

Can you imagine doing that amount of hours every month, at a job where you have 1 day of every 13 days, standing upright for 12 hours each of those days, doing a repetitive job on a machine that makes the same gadget over and over and over continuously while you cannot even talk, and where you just barely make enough money to survive, have no time left for any social life and see your family only once a years?

Place yourself in their shoes. Are you still satisfied with our system, even though you realize things such as this? This is not “it”, there are so many cases of abuse by the system we allow in this world. Read our blogs, watch our videos – they are not made for entertainment but to expose this system, to find people who still have a heart left inside of them and who can find it within them to stand together to bring forth a true change in this world.
Complaining is easy, disapproval is easy, hiding is easy, thinking “I can’t do anything” is easy. It is very easy and selfish.

Because if it were our children, our mother, our father, our nephew or our aunt – we would care. We would be horrified by the position they are placed in. We would be worried about their well being.

And now that it are strangers – we don’t give a flying fuck.
These people are real. Imagine that you have to stand eye in eye with every one of them. Could you say “sorry, I don’t care” or “I can’t help you”.

We can, visit equal money – the way is being prepared to stop this.

Leontien Aarnoudse of Sacom states in The People, that the workers have no sociale life. “their life is just working in a factory and that is it.” In Chengdu 60 to 80 hours overtime per month are normal. Foxconn admits that it violates the law regards overtime, but keeps up that this is by volunteers. However, workers say they have no choice, because else they fall back on their basic pay which is 1.350 yuan (140 euro) per month for a 48-hour week.

Horrible work- and living conditions

The ‘anti-suicide clausule’ was imported after sociologists brought the bad working conditions to light. It did not help much, because according to the researchers, the workers still live in abdominal conditions, where some only see their family once a year.
They have to spend their night in dorms, where they are with 24 others. Beneath those buildings are nets, to prevent suicide. Foxconn spokesperson Louis Woo says that the suicides have no connection with the bad working conditions. “There is a copying-effect. When one kills himself, the rest follows.”

Having to build nets under the buildings so the workers would not jump to death… That is EXTREME. Shows how desperate some people feel, totally void of hope. Because many of them are trapped – their job is the only way to survive in our system. You can say “they should get a better job”. The point is: they can’t. They don’t have the options.

The last statement is also extremely abuse: “when one kills himself, the rest follows.”
As if it is a little game. Look someone killed himself, let’s do it as well! This is not a child game of look and follow. Suicide is not just something you out of the blue decide to do like: “hey, I think I am going to commit suicide todayJ”.
The world is run by demons. Look no further – don’t think about poltergeist, or the devil waiting for you in hell. If you want to go to hell, you should go work there, and face the humans that do not give a shit about life, and will place profit above your life. See how much you will matter then – you will matter nothing at all. And that is the worst situation you can live in, because without being valued, you can be discarded and abused with great ease.

Shake yourself out of apathy – this is the worst disease of humanity today. Pure apathy. One of the reasons why feelings are deceptive and should not be your guideline. YOU have to become your guide, your own director, not dependant on your programmed feelings.

Several managers of the company blame employees about their suicide, saying they do it to get higher pay for their co-workers. Foxconn sais the suicides are regrettable, and admits to have some challenging months ahead. Sacom sais the company first replied to the suicides by sending monks to the factories, to exorcize bad spirits.

What is one to do , when you realizing your policy and company is causing much people into suffering? Ignorance. Telling lies and making yourself believe it. And that is exactly what the managers do to live within the reality they maintain. However, the more you tell lies and accept it inside yourself, to more it will “ingrain” within you and will become part of your mind. It will go up to a point that it has total control over you and have infiltrated your entire being. And the apathy will make sure that it is not questioned.

They should not send monks to the factories to exorcize “bad spirits” a.k.a. demons – the managers should exorcize their own demons. It is demonic to place your own life as superior, deciding the value of others is far less than your own. Else you are not able to exploit people to such an extent. That is the demon, not the workers.

Public humiliations

The research also shows that bad performing workers, are publicly rediculed, and that the workers have to stay silent while they – standing up the whole time- perform their 12 hour shifts. The required silence is according to the Foxconn spokesperson Louis Woo for their own safety, so they would not get distracted.

About the humiliations Woo says: It is not like the company does it or encourages it. “I do not exclude that it happens, considering the diversity and size of our workforce.” The man says that the company makes effort to improve things.

As if things are not worse enough…

Code for behavior

How are such working conditions possible at an importer of Apple? The company has a behavioral code that demands employees to be treated with respect and dignity. The company sais they see those rules are followed, but according to the Daily Mail, the auditrapport from Apple shows that the suppliers in China do not live up to that norm.

The Foxconn-factory in Chengdu supplied its First iPad in november, and should have made 100 million by 2012. Apple sold more than 15 million iPads last year, and this years has sold almost 5 million already. The company made 4.1 Billion euro profit last year.. (sam)

Much profit, lots of money , created by abuse. Much profit, for items that break down fast. Profit on nr 1 , lives of human beings on nr 2 (or below).

The ones who should have a code of behavior are the employers – the companies . A code of behavior not to exploit life , to treat beings with dignity and respect , to place life on nr 1 and not profit, and to stand as equals to their employees. That is the code of behavior that should be existent on our planet, everywhere. The code of “what is best for all” .
The equal money system is that code – it is the creation of that code to for the first time be established on this planet.

Running as mind or body

I discovered something new which I enjoy to do - running

When I was younger, I sometimes took part in running competitions - I was good at endurance running. I once won a golden medal but I didnt think much about it. It was something I occasionally did, when school arranged it. Later on I did athletics, because a friend of mine did and she said it was really fun. So I tried it out for a while but after some months I stopped because I did not like it that much.

The sport I did throughout my life was dancing, running was not something that I often chose to do, because I found it very strenuous. Also when I went running, I kept allowing throughts within me such as "this is hard", "I cant keep this up". Which caused me to often give up.

So 3 days ago my brother asked me to go running, it was already 8.30 in the evening and I said "but it is so late" and "you will have to wait for me because I cant run as fast as you" and "I will probably be weaker because it is so late and I almost go to bed". I was doubting, should I go, should I not go. I ended the doubt and decided to go.
And to my suprise, it went very very easy as if I could run on forever. I was suprised because of my memories of me in the past where I often stopped running and found it very hard. But I really enjoyed it this time. It was also fun to run with my brother and we talked the entire time - and making jokes along the way, acting as if we were in the military lol. I did not spend any time in my mind by saying "this is to hard" or "I cannot keep it up". And the effect of it was that I did not feel tired at all. I did feel my muscles had to get used to the new movement, but no tiredness.

We also ran through the fields and it is a real cool place to run, lot's of green and animals. And as I was running it felt easier and easier.

This is an example that can be applied to all facets of our lives - when we create self-destructive or self-limiting thoughts - we create our own demise. It is self-manipulation to be less than who you can be.

By allowing our mind to take control over us, we allow ourselves to be a subject of our mind which is pre-programmed within this world - where it will direct us instead of we directing ourselves. Just look within your own life how many times you thought "I cannot do that", or "it is impossible".

Part of the desteni i process is to change this and stop this within yourself - to open up your full potential and find out every limitation we imposed upon ourselves.

Another point I thought about when I was running was that I am able to enjoy it because I have enough food. If I would not have enough food to eat, than running would be very hard because my body would be starving - which makes physical activity very hard. Your body hurts and you feel weak. Many people on this planet do not have the basic requirements to live and are kept in a downwards spiral or a position that they cannot get out of because they are living under an oppressive regime and have no access to information/knowledge, education, media etc... It is easy for the wealthy to say they should change their lives. What we do not realise is that we have all the info, the media, the education, and the "knowhow" of the system (regards the rules and what is possible within it), but they dont.

We should place ourselves more in others shoes and stop acting as if we are superior. Even though we might not think we are, our actions show that we live as if we are.

Time to end this - join and investigate equal money - it is the future

Schools throw out highest amount of students ever

Last school year, 1.531 students under 18 were expelled from school. That is half more, in only 4 years time – because in 2006-7 there were 1.050 definitive cast outs. 150 of them are not able to find a new school. (De Standaard – Belgium)
This trend is a confirmation for the educational department. According to them, there is a big group of “non-school-going youngsters” behind this big number. Students that can’t handle themselves. They are aggressive, do not follow agreements and who show excessive truancy.

“It is about youngsters that have a mix of learning-and personal problems, like a bad home situation”, sais Jean Vallers from the education of the Flemish community (GO!).

No perspective
Because a student can only be registered if he finds a new school, these numbers are an underestimation. A school van also expel a student on 31 august, outside the school year. These are not included in the numbers.

These youngsters have no future perspective at school, sais Mieke van Hecke, top woman of the Catholic education. “here is only one way to get them out of that vicious cycle: offer them an individual parcour. The school cannot do that alone.” They ask for education and wellbeing to work together, what also includes that the government has to provide the means to help this situation.

It is no wonder that students are acting out more and more in school. The schooling system is driven by the system behind it, because it is part of that system and has to create the future adults that will fit within that system. We have a global consumerist capitalist system – driven by profit and ego. This is thus what the schools will support. There is a curriculum set up by the government, which the teachers has to stick by.
My own school experience was : boredom.
Since day 1 in kindergarden I disliked going to school. We had to do what the teacher said, at what time they said it. If it was “playing with the bricks time”, we had to play with the bricks. I remember seeing the others in my class do it, but I didn’t want to play with the bricks, so I didn’t – the teacher got upset with me and grabbed me hard by the chin. Later on, we were trained to remember and repeat. Not using our own common sense – just remember and repeat repeat repeat.
Good repeaters got good grades. I did not do much effort in school because it was extremely boring for me. Which made me flunk a few times and switch direction a couple of times as well. When I ended in art school, it was the best thing they could ever suggested to me. Because there were some teachers who came to speak with me, said that I had talent and should go for arts. I had never considered this myself. But even there, I often was bored because I did not just want to stick to this 1 thing, and wanted to explore many different things. But within our schools, you have these directions, and when you pick 1 , that is ALL you get, and you got to stay within those lines. I liked to play music, draw, paint, sculpt, make movies, photograph, farm, explore etc… But of course, art does not include all of that. Anyway, I just did what had to be done and graduated.
But the last years of school, I was questioning what to do with my life. I asked myself: “Is this it?” “Am I going to graduate, and then work a job for the rest of my life within this system that is so abusive? “
I looked around me in society, in this world, and saw how we generally don’t care about the things happening in this world. Animal abuse, starvation, child soldiers… There were also some racist and homophobes in my family – and when I heard them speak, it made me angry inside, and sad at the same time. So I often went into ups and downs – also facing my own “imperfections”, my inner judgments, my fear of what people think or would say about me, feeling that I am never good enough, not wanting to belong to this world etc…

Slowly but surely I started to change myself. Starting to take responsibility for who I was, what I did and what I was going to do in life. I became a vegan when I was in art school, around 16 years old. A girl in my class was, and one day she was talking about how animals are abused. I never really looked at that. I never allowed myself to think about it and face it. I remember when I was 15, saying to a vegetarian: “why not eat those animals, they are already dead anyway.” Which is a pretty ignorant statement to make. But since she explained how it worked, and how it also maintains poverty and land exploitation – I decided to not eat it anymore, because I didn’t need to anyway. And I simply stopped it without a problem – to the disliking of my family.
After that I also started to stop using make up, and not “dressing to impress” etc… I used to wear foundation, blush, eyeliner, mascara, lipgloss etc… the whole thing. I also colored my hair many times. (At this stage I was already part of the Desteni group – which opened up a lot of insight for me, and which helped me to give direction to myself. When I did, I never experienced depression anymore – and I haven’t since years. ) Ok so I stopped wearing make up etc… and my family reacted to that, saying I looked pale and that I used to look better. As if they did not realize that the make up made me look “better”. I put red blush on my cheeks, I put tanned foundation on my skin, I covered up the blue under my eyes etc… Time and time again I told them that, but they seemed to forget it and repeat their judgments. After a while I did not care anymore – since I learned to not rely on others peoples judgments about me. I learned to be my own self-direction and not determine how I feel or my self worth, based on what others say about it.

Finding the Desteni forums – the people involved – was the biggest gift I could ever give to myself. We stand for life, and value each other as life and do not accept each other as what we are programmed to be – as limited copies of the system. We push ourselves through our limitations.

This includes school, we use education to get a degree – to be able to acquire a better position in the system, so we can change it more effectively. Imagine people all around the world – people who care – to go into the system to change it. The elite of today won’t know what hit them. And that is exactly why we do this. Play the game, use the game, and stop the game – to create heaven on earth.

Within the Equal money system – that we see is the solution- we will direct education to be driven by expression and by the principle of “what is best for all”. What we mean with that is : to do according to our highest potential, the best for as most beings as possible. Education will be based on life skills, dealing with our physical reality, as well as doing things you enjoy to do, and being able to discover many things. It does not mean that when you do art, that you cannot also do farming for example.

There are so many people in this world who would love to be a teacher or a doctor – but are kept into poverty without a chance to ever be a teacher or doctor. The poor people have no means/knowledge/money to go into education and succeed. They don’t have the basic package that we in the elite countries get. We are born into this system, with the rules, the knowledge, the habits etc… so it is so much easier for us. An IQ test is for example based on the knowledge in our system, a person in poverty from another country won’t even know what the symbols on the IQ test stand for – because they have never been acquaintance with it.
By removing poverty – through a basic equal income- we will open up a greater potential for human kind. People who actually love to do things, will be able to do so. They will no longer be stuck into poverty or poverty systems. They will have access to everything – the same as anyone else. They won’t have to worry about finding clean drinking water, medicine for their sick child or a place to stay when it is freezing outside. Because as long as you are within survival, you cannot do anything else. Survival pre-occupies you 24/7.

And people have been so conditioned that they will defend their own enslavement by saying “ we won’t produce anything without the incentive of profit”. Common, is that all you value yourself to be? A profit driven being with no value for life? It is simply an effect of our culture, our system. Take tribe people for example, they work for the community and the common good of their entire tribe/village. Ask around, what people would like to do, and if they will still work within an equal money system- most say yes. And if most say no, then go beyond your current friend circle.

In the Equal money system – we plan on a subscription labor period for 4 years – contributing to a job that is for the benefit of all. After that you can do as you like.
Some people complain about that, not realizing that in our current system they have to work until they are 65 years old – in some countries even 14-18 hours a day for barely any money. And then some will complain for 4 years work for the common good instead of your self-interest? Wow. That amazes me. People are so mind controlled to immediately link new ideas with “danger”. Look throughout history, every time a new invention came up – people started to protest. First not take it serious, then ridicule, then oppose and finally accepting it. And remember in the ancient times, they used to kill people for claiming the earth wasn’t flat.
So instead of going through that cycle – open your mind and investigate it unconditionally.
Stop letting conspiracy theories divert you and control you , because that is what they are made for.
Divide and conquer – is the current strategy of our system.

Let’s come together and work on the solution, to do what is best for all. Where we all become leaders. Not 1 leader, or dictator, but the vote of the common good!

Family that values you for the way you look

When I think about people that care about each other, that care about life - I dont think about people that judge someone based on appearance, that totally change and become nasty as soon as you are not pleasing anymore to their eyes.
People like to be accepted, and not to be judged, but on the other hands do judge and reject others.

Months ago I shaved my hair, it was longer then, about 15 mm. But it was short enough to already bring out the nastyness in some people. I went to my grandparents that week and my grandmother totally freaked out. She said I made her sick, that she cannot look at me etc... At first I was suprised by her extreme reaction, explaining why I did it, and hoping she would stop reacting like that because it made me feel sad. It made me feel like that because I was judging myself based on anothers judgements, relying on others opinions about me, letting my feelings be based on what others judge about me, or let their judgements determin my own self judgement.

So I incorporated this into a mind construct I did with the desteni I process, with the help of my buddy Gian. Im going to share the corrective statements that come behind the self forgiveness I did on it, to lay out the pattern.

Self corrective statements:I stop relying on others opinions about me
I stop letting my feelings be based on what others judge about me
I stop allowing my grandparents judgements to determin my own self judgement.
I stop letting my feelings be determined by others reactions and feelings
When another reacts to me, I stop allowing thoughts about rejection and realize that I can never truly be “rejected”, and that “rejection” is purely based on an idea of needing anothers acceptance and agreement with what I do
I accept myself in self honesty and true self acceptance is not fluctuating due to others rejection.
I realize that others judgement about my appearance is based on their own personal judgements and has nothing to do with me personaly- as they would do it to others as well
I stop hiding from others that judge me
I stop hiding from others that judge me based on hwo I feel around them
I accept myself with hair and I accept myself without hair – it does not change me
I stop judging others because of their judgements and realize that they judge because of their programming
I reply to them with self honesty and don’t go into reactional thoughts
I stop allowing a nother to hurt me based on the way they judge me
Another does not determin my self worth
Self worth is not dependant on an idea
I stop thinking about if I am “worthy” or “good”
I do not allow myself to judge myself
I stop depending if I am good, based on the feelings I have
I stop judging grandma for the reactions grandpa has
I stop judging grandma for my grandpa’s illnesses
Grandpa is responsible for his illnesses and his own reactions
I stop allowing my assumptions to control my mind and get me emotional.
I stop assuming things about peoples motives
I stop basing my self feelings about what I believe and expect other people are wanting to do – such as believing my grandma to want to make me feel sad
I stop judging my family based on their past.
I stop allowing assumptions about what someone would do when I do this or that – and base my expression on those expectations and assumptions.
I stop restricting my communication because of what I expect or assume others to say or do.
I don’t allow myself to judge myself based on how another looks at me.
My comfortability is not determined by anothers comfortability
When I feel anothers reactions because I take them in, I let it go and not let it determin me
I stop desiring my moms support
I stop desiring my mom to make me feel better
I stop depending on my mom to support me – and become self supportive
I stop allowing myself to feel good about myself when my mom thinks I am good
I stop depending my feelings on wether my mom agrees with me or not
I stop being dependant on my moms opinions
I stop being dependant on my moms believes about me or what I am doing or did
I stop allowing myself to lift myself up through my moms support
I stop desiring my mom to understand me and expect it
I take responsibility of my own emotions and feelings and reactions, without turning it to others, and direct myself in self honesty

So now my head got fully shaven and that week I also went to grandma. So it was obviously much shorter then the other day. It was like a test for my own reactions again. Anyway, me and mom walked in and she reacted the same way. But this time it had no effect on me. I said to her what I noticed, that she was very superficial to judge me purely on my appearance - as if that is all I am. And I am not intrested in people who only care about that. She just cant act normal anymore to me, with "normal" I mean how she would normally do. Who I am, what I stand for, remains, but she said that now that I shaved my head it influenced me and I am totally changed. Lol so obviously she bases "who I am" completely on the way I look - because she doesnt like my inside very much. And now what is left for her to like? lol.

Today I went there again and my little nephew was there. Lol I like children, before they are brainwashed to become judgemental as well, they are pretty "innocent". He asked me what the "bruised" on my back were (lol which are not bruises but pimples). I have had pimples on my back for years, sometimes more sometimes less. Anyway I tried to explain him what it was. saying that it are pimples because of hormones in the body. But then I was like: ok he is 4 years old, wtf does he know about hormones :D So I said, it is what people when they get older and that something inside the body changes and some people get it on their face, and some people on their face and some on their chest etc... It's also very noticable how little children look at others to know what to say or do. Like often I saw my brother say something to my other nephews when they were young like " Ann is bad isnt she", and he would give a facial expression ,and they woukd say yes, and follow a lot of what he sais.

My advice to all people: give yourself the chance to change, to not allow to be tossed around by others opinions, judgements and your own feelings towards it. It is the biggest gift you can give to yourself. Because life is to valuable to throw it in the bin, and treat ourselves and each other like shit. And a quote I have heard a lot lately "if you dont stand for something, you will fall for anything". I would make it into "if you dont stand, you'll fall, and if you do fall, make sure you get back up" :P.

Do you need shampoo or beauty products?

Yesterday I visited someone I know, and at one point he asked me: what do you wash your head with? I said, I dont use anything, it is not necessary. I havent used soap in ages. He also shaves his head, but he still uses shampoo. He said he used to have a lot of dandruff, and it has gone away - naming a specific brand of shampoo that is suppossed to treat dandruff.
My dad and my grandpa both have had dandruff all their life. Grandpa has psoriasis on his head. They both tried various anti-dandruff shampoo's and they never worked. The dandruff has remained their entire life.
so wether you use it or not, it makes no difference what so ever.
One cause of it may be vitamin D deficiency, caused by a lack of direct sunshine on the skin. I have this deficiency as well as 80 % of Belgium population. We have a very indoor culture. Another cause may be "drying yourself out" - where you limit yourself because of fears or ego - which has it's effect on your human body , the same way that stress has an effect on your blood pressure or heart.

I said to the person I was talking to, how unescessary soap and shampoo really is. It is just marketed so much to make lot's of profit. Because seriously, who needs hundreds of different kinds of shampoo and soaps? I said I would send some links about it, so I am combining them in this blogpost - from people who have experimented using no soap or shampoo.

I haven't used soap or shampoo in a year, and it's awesome: personal experiment update

I stopped using soap a year ago. It was easily one of the best moves I've ever made in my entire flippin' life.

About this time last year I read an article (which Mark mentioned here as well) extolling the virtues of a soap-free bathing experience. TL;DR version: Your body is designed to regulate itself. Smearing chemicals all over it wrecks its own built-in processes, and screws with naturally balanced pH levels. This made sense to me and I thought I'd give it a shot for a month.

At the beginning of February 2010, I blogged about the results I'd seen so far. I didn't stink at all (confirmed by friends, family and random people I ended up sitting next to on various forms of public transit), my skin felt better, oily and dry patches had all but disappeared and the light dandruff I'd had my entire life was almost gone. I was pleased with the results of my month experiment and decided I'd run with it for a while longer. As of January 1, 2011: it's been a year now, and I can't imagine ever going back.

The future? I will definitely be sticking with this. I'm still annoyed it took me 35 years to learn what I clearly already knew as a baby kicking and screaming when my parents tried to wash my hair. At least that's what I want to assume I knew back then. I know now, but I'd still rather not think about how much I spent on soap and shampoo and related products over the years when they were likely causing all the problems I was trying to protect against.

18 months without soap or shampoo: success!

Here's a little of what Richard has to say about his soap and shampoo free experiment 18 months after starting it:

What I've found over these 18 months is that I never even thought of the money I was saving. Hell, a decent sized bottle of shampoo and body wash would last me months anyway. Oh, and then there's the travel size versions. No, what has made this experience oh so satisfying is that I don't have to worry about any of that anymore -- ever. Don't have to buy it. Don't have to carry it. Don't ever run out of it. Don't have to get it tossed in the dumpster by TSA goons.
So what it boils down to is that this has been such a tremendous experience on the pure grounds of liberation. Now, I can wash up anywhere, anytime there's a shower, lake, river or stream at hand and feel completely normal about it, not as though it's the best I can do because I don't have a big bag of "personal hygiene" products immediately at hand.

The truth here is that shampoo's bad for your hair. It cleans out dirt, but also the oil that makes your hair shiny and strong. However shampoo's sold as something your hair really needs, and the truth is suppressed.

There are several common sorts of soapy things. They attract oils by electric charge, allowing the oil to be emulsified with the water. For some reason, these cleaners are themselves made from fats. Soap is made from animal or vegetable oil, and detergent is made from mineral oil. Detergents can be made more powerful. Shampoo is detergent, just like dishwashing detergent, bathroom cleaner, and engine block cleaner.

People used to use soap to wash their hair, as well as their dishes, clothes and bathrooms (and horses, before there were engines.) Soap was better suited to washing hair, because it didn't remove so much of the oils that are naturally in hair.

But the water supply slowly changed. It's now generally more alkaline, which people call hard water. When this started happening, soap didn't work so well. The chemicals which make water alkaline make soap stop lathering well, and form insoluble scum (eg. the ring in the bath.) So soap got less and less effective for all its cleaning uses. I guess the water was always pretty alkaline in some places, so soap was never an ideal cleaner. Around the beginning of the twentieth century, household detergents became available. This is a picture from the day I shaved my head. As you can see on the faceworldfaceoff website, many people already did it. We shave our heads as a symbol for Equality on earth, a new world, for people to ask us about it, to face our fears, our perceived limitations, confront our own ego, and against the chemical abuse that we are allowing. It took me quite a while to dare it, but when I dared it , it was the best decision I ever made. What you need is 1 clippers, and that is it. 1 clipper for many years - depending on the quality of course because these days they create a lot of shit that brakes down fast.
What helped me for my dandruff, is rubbing oil on my skull. Almond oil. If you have long hair that obviously will not be very easy, because it will stick to your hair and you will need some kind of soap to wash it out.

So the proof is all around us - we do not need all those chemical products!

I realised that I have extensivly abused my own body in the past. Especiall from when I was 13 up till 16. I have dyed my hair multiple times : black, brown, blond, orange etc... (not to rebel, but to be pretty). I have smeared my face full of make up, foundationer, blush, eyeshadow, mascara, lipbalm, eye pencil, sometimes using perfume, various kinds of shampoo twice a week, with conditioner, and masks (hair and face), anti pimple cream - which dried out my skin which I liked because it made my pimples less, but my skin dry and flaky. what else... oh yes hair spray, or hair mousse, nail polish, nail polish remover, curl enhancer, tanning creams. Shit , tons and tons of shit. It could be because of that, that my skin became dry in some areas.

So it is also very much a releave to not require any of those things anymore - and to be fine with who I am without feeling insecure or wanting others to see me in a certain way. Having my life revolve around being the picture society wanted me to be. And a massive save of money as well.

I asked myself many times: If I cannot accept myself as who I am without all those products, then I will forever depend on others opinions to feel a certain way, to feel good or accepted, and keep adjusting and altering myself to please peoples opinions and believes and desires. I decided that I dont want to live that way. And it has not always been easy, but step by step we can all make this change within ourselves, slowly but surely, and be the change that we want to see in this world.
Because I dont want to be just a product of my culture.

Facing my fears - are they real or not?

I remember that for years and year I have been afraid of being seen as "weird" or "different" or just disliked by people. This is a pattern existant within almost every human being in this world. I would often think something but not say it because of fear of being ridiculed or people not understanding. Constantly holding myself back and limiting myself. And why? Because of thoughts that popped up in my head. Thoughts that say "I wont be able to explain", "what if they say this or that", "what if I become shy" etc... Instead of facing those points, I decided to hide to not have to face myself. But I have realised that I am extremely limiting myself by doing that + it are only thoughts. Why do I allow thoughts to have so much control over myself? Why did I let that happen? It was me that accepted those programmed thoughts as who I am. I would go into imagination and often imagine the worst case scenario - which ofcourse made me even more fearfull.

But no more of that shit. Slowly but surely I learned to push myself to speak up, to show myself and not hide. It can be very simple things, like now wearing the equalmoney shirt for example on the streets. It is a bright blue shirt with our website on it of www.equalmoney.org and some text and image. I was abit afraid of people reading it and maybe saying something bad about it, being "abnormal", lol but why hide myself. Those thoughts I can simply discard, they are not valid and are simply in my head because of fears and expectations. I know what I stand for, an equal world for all, and I will have to face my fears and not run away from them. The same with the shaven head, you have people asking about it, and for me it was not easy to do it because I rather not be comfronted or comfront. But we all have to start comfronting ourselves about ourselves and this reality! Things are not going to stop by themselves. I somehow always expected things to change, like naturally. When I was young I thought "oh I will sooner or later know what job to do", or "when I am older I will know it". Lol. But that never happened, nothing did unless I activly did it with my own participation. So without self direction I could be waiting forever and ever and at 80 years old think "ok when is it comming", "when am I going to start living?".

At times I thought about those "rebels" and how courageous they are and how I would like to be like that, fearless. But that is again a projection that I use as if they are "better" , instead of simply being self honest with myself and do what is best to stop the bs inside me, and not using these kind of imagination about people who are apparantly "better".

Sometimes I thought about how it would be so much easier with more people around me that understand, who are also standing up for a new system, another world, for Equality. Because in the system you mostly see superficialness and judgement and opinions thrown around. It's a judge and be judged world - sad but true. So sometimes I find it hard to be so "on my own" but I realise this is all created because of thoughts that come into my head. Of "it would be better this or that way", you know the grass is always greener on the other side kinda shit. It aint. Stuff may be nice in your head but it is different when you actually live it.

What I learned to do was to face what I fear. To do the things I am nervous about and sometimes I fell and sometimes I didnt. But afterwards it always proved to me that my fears are bullshit. Like even meeting new people, I would get nervous about it. So I learned to push myself in that point and meet new people. Like today for example I met up with someone I knew years ago when we were children. He lives around the corner and we met on facebook again. This morning at half 8 he came to pick me up to walk to his house, he had a suprise. So I was very curious about what it was :P And the suprise was that I could feed a little baby lamb! It was so cool :) The mothersheep had a triplet and she only could feed the 2 stronger lambs, so this one had to be bottle fed. So that was a really cool suprise. He also asked to meet up to go ride on the horse which he has stabled there as well. So that would be cool to although maybe challenging since the last time I was on a horse was when I was 12 and I was shit scared lol :P .

So conclusion, most effective way to stop fears is dont think. Haha, what I mean is not allow the thoughts that pop up in your head to control you and direct you. Or start to follow it and imagine all kinds of disaster scenario's. And when I fuck something up, I can correct it later. Like in school when I can't answer something, I realise ok I cant answer that, and I look it up and "improve" my speaking knowledge :P.

Let's stop holding back and step by step learn to live fearless.
It is not easy but it's worth it.

I have this beverage I truly enjoyed to drink because of it's taste. Every day I actually looked forward to drinking it. It is ginseng coffee, which supposed to have barely any caffeine in it and they say it is "good for you". The taste I love, it does not taste like normal coffee because I dont like normal coffee. So every day I drank this, normally 1 in the morning and sometimes 2. But I noticed that after I had drank it, very shortly after ( and sometimes even during drinking it), I got this tired feeling behind my eyes and it made me have to pee and my tongue feels weird, sometimes I would even feel like I have a sugar spike.

I found this strange because they say this drink doesn't do that, and that there is barely any caffeine in it. And I also did not like it because I loved drinking it.

So I decided to not drink it, which I did for 2 days and then today I tried it again, thinking now I wont have any effect because it has been 2 days ago. But right after it was half empty, I got the tired feeling and had to pee urgently. My body sais no to the drink, wether I like it or not, and I will have to respect it.

And it made me think of the times when I did not listen to my body and consumed things that made me feel unwell or bloated. Why do we do that to ourselves? What are we really eating and drinking when we do that? I often noticed it was because I just loved it, but sometimes because I was bored. Is what we so call 'love' dictating our life, up to the point that we are harming ourselves and each other? Why do we claim the things we love to have the say over all and dominate many points?

People eat themselves into extreme obesity.

They justify an eating habbit because it "tastes good"

What if an Alien specy would start harvesting humans, claiming that they just "taste good" or, "they need their blood to spray their planet" or "they are off lesser intellect". Think about it. What makes an other specie inferior to yourself, and who created that judgement in the first place? That is right, humans did. It is easy to judge yourself as superior - until you land in the others shoe and come face to face with yourself.

It simply supports the current capitalist system, where people who make such music earn MILLIONS, because they can fulfill the energetic needs of people - making them feel great and special, taking them into illusions or desires for "special" experiences. What do they spend those millions on? parties, luxuries, more stuff to make them more money, a charity here and there. But in the meanwhile they keep supporting the very system that creates all the poverty, the starvation, the exploitation and pollution on this planet.

This was a subject spoken about in our Law class.
The tragedy of the commons is a dilemma arising from the situation in which multiple individuals, acting independently and rationally consulting their own self-interest, will ultimately deplete a shared limited resource even when it is clear that it is not in anyone's long-term interest for this to happen.

In the 16th century School of Salamanca, Luis de Molina observed that individual owners take better care of their goods than they do of common property.

More recently, William Forster Lloyd noted the comparison with medieval village land holding in his 1833 book on population

The commons dilemma is a specific class of social dilemma in which people's short-term selfish interests are at odds with long-term group interests and the common good.
Commons dilemma researchers have studied conditions under which groups and communities are likely to under- or over-harvest common resources in both the laboratory and field. Research programs have concentrated on a number of motivational, strategic, and structural factors that might be conducive to management of commons.

This is what happens all over the globe - self-intrest is placed on nr 1 and not the common good of all. People will do things that will benefit themselves and their "loved ones" but is destructive towards others or other life forms or the planet.

Because of the "tragedy of the commons", many laws have been introduced. The more we behave in self-dishonesty and abuse, the more rules and laws we need.
We have to take responsibility of our world, and not act as selfish morons. The Equal money system which is based on equality and worth, will bring about a system that raises children with awareness - that care - with proper education. A system not based on egoism and profit. This will have a huge impact. People that actually learn to consider each other and their planet and everything on it.

The teacher gave another example. About the disadvantage of private property. The tragedy of the anti commons.
He spoke about Moscow post communist era. The shops were empty and in front of the shops people had placed kiosk where they sold their stuff that they normally sold inside their shops. So you may go: wtf? why?
Well, there were multiple people who had property rights for those shops, so if the one using the shop wanted to change something or whatever, he had to communicate to all those different people which made the transaction costs rise. So thats why they placed their own private kiosk in front of the store and sold their stuff in it.

You also see this in medical inventions. Lots of scientists and inventors base their own inventions and research on previous inventions. So someone that discovers a new invention because of that, has to ask permission to all those patent holders. (the ones who own the various research the person based his new invention on). And often their are those who do not give permission. So then a new invention doesn't get through simply because of money issue and self interest.

Which is a clear example of self interest placed above the common good of all. Imagine if this would not exist and would not be allowed. Where inventions would not depend on personal self intrest, but are done for the common good. There would be more quality items, more findings, no worries about money and patents in research. This is what an Equal Money system would do! It would not be limited by money, ending patents on things, ending self interest. Life is on nr 1 , not profit, not money.

It is crazy that this is happening in our world, where people actually work AGAINST the common good just because of their self intrest, their desire for money and sometimes for fame and power.

Another example given by our professor was for example with a private corporation who wants a piece of land. The land is subjectively worth 200.000, for the owner. The market price is 100.000. The private corporation is willing to pay 150.000 for it, for their new project on that land.
So then they use a sneaky trick.
The private corporation goes to the major and asks him to expropriation that piece of land for 100.000 (market price) and then the private coorportation will buy it from him for 150.000.
So the major gets 150.000 which is good for him, and the private corporation only had to pay 150.000 and not 200.000 like the owner asked from it.

Fucked up. How we play such games in this world with each other - all because of money.
It is like one gigantic circus show. A game of monopoly. We don't realize we are playing with life here, with peoples lives, with other living beings, with our own planet and each other. We create massive amounts of waste for our consumerist culture to keep making profit, we disregard everything and toss that waste in the sides and in the water. We destroy nature to build our factories and our roads because this capitalist machine requires massive amounts of energy and production and distribution.

We need a new system, a new education, a new way of production (quality not quantity).
A new system also requires a new human that stands for equality, that cares about life. If tribes can work together for the good of the entire tribe, then so can we.

Update on what I am doing

We have to write a paper for our 'actual and societal problems' class. We had to pick between 5 main categories. I choise for "culture and social change". We then had to pick 1 head subject from 4 subjects. But I already had an idea for my paper and I contacted my teacher and he said I could keep it because it was an interesting subject to research. Yipee:) I am going to research about how a persons attitude towards his/her dominant/popular culture is defined by their own cultural capital. And how this affects if they will strive or support social change. So in other words: will social classes with another cultural capital, show differences in striving for social change and acceptance of the dominant culture.
My first assumption is: yes ofcourse. So I want to do proper research about this. We have to use the databases like sociological abstracts and web of science to find other material and research already done around the theme or similar themes. Because ofcourse in science you cant just make something up without providing the proof and what you base your sayings on.
In a blog it is different, when I have written my blog posts I write them pretty straight forward, what I see and what is happening, and what the effects are. But I might now start changing this and including more of scientifical sources that people already see as trustworthy. This is not always necessary, some things are just plain obvious. People sometimes forget to use their own eyes and ears and common sense. We dont have to be rocket scientists to see who we are and why we are the way we are, and what is happening in this world. Although knowledge in this world is indeed power. If you can show people some clean facts, about for example how our economic system functions, people are like: wow wtf I didnt know that. That is how I reacted when I did some research about it. For the rest school is going very well.

Anyway, all cool things to get more specific within my own postings.

glad I brought some earplugs :P They throw these little bombs around which make a hell of a lot of noise. like it just blows your eardrum if it lands next to you. When I came home in the evening I was in the bathroom washing myself and saw some red marks on my face. Like 2 near my ears and then in my neck. First I thought it was maybe dirt or something, but I rubbed it and it stayed on. And it is still there for 3 days now. It doesnt feel like anything, no itching or no pain. Just normal. But if it stays for much longer I'll have it checked out by the docter. Maybe I am allergic to something, because sometimes after I have eaten I get really tired. I normally dont have that so I suspect something I eat. We'll see.

Yesterday I went with my mom to Ghent, we went to eat at this vegetarian restaurant and it was very nice food. But a little to much for my mom :P She really had one huge plate of spaghetti. The streets were full of people as we were walking there, and I noticed I was getting tired and also started to think to much. About the way people would see me for example. So I stopped that, I didnt want to follow any of such thoughts because most of the times it is fear based. No one notices it, but it is in me. I also have this thing stitched on my bag 'no slaves, no masters' and the equalmoney link. And sometimes I got a bit nervous like if people would read it. Which is the freaking point! LOL. So I had to push through that. Because once you know what your fear is about, it is a matter of not allowing it to be bigger then you. Just discard it, it is limitation and only makes you feel like shit. Who wants to live like that? I dont. I accepted that for a very long time in my life and I am now working on stopping it.

also the hour went from winter to summer hour yes! haha. Not that it makes much difference... I wake up around 4-5 am and so today I woke up around 6 am :P Me and mom watched paranormal activity 2 in the evening. I like the movie, it's one that previously in my life would scare the shit out of me. I would think about that it could happen to me and freaky shit comming in my room. I once manifested such stuff because of my vested intrest in it and my fears. Well I dont know if I manifested it but the fact was, when I stopped paying attention to it and not care - it went away.

I am also learning to drive a car! Lol. I already got my theoretical exam that was easy. The driving is harder :P But I am getting the hang of it now. I drive to the store now when we have to go. The only difficulty is that I sometimes fall still when I have to stop and shift to first gear and drive. And I tend to look at the shift stick when I am shifting :P because I sometimes miss it and then the car makes this noise. It helps me stopping to worry about others as well. Because especially in the beginning I would get nervous about a car being behind me or comming, like I thought people would get impatience when I fall still or they would crash me in the back, just getting nervous when I had to drive. It is not my favourite thing, dont really like it but I want to learn it so I can drive when it is necessary.

Alright gonna continue my review on my psychology class. It's intresting now, about certain conditions and research if it is triggered through environment or if it is based on the genes and heritance. And now about myopsie. It is very biological, about neurons and brain development and stuff... Much different then the psychology I had before where it was more about famous dead psychologists like Freud :P With myopsie they discovered that children who do lots of pc games or sit infront of the pc etc.. develop it much more then children who dont. Because the eyes dont learn to focus correctly to look into the distance, because they view things on a short distance so much. (they say myopsie develops around age 8-14). Myopsie = not seeing clearly in the distance. "bijziendheid" in dutch.

Let’s not just freak out when disaster strikes in our face – disaster strikes every day!!

People freak out over Japan while the rest of the year they continue to not give a shit. This is unacceptable! We have to work on another world if we truly care. If we don’t, then it shows us we don’t really care. And to see if you are selfish or not, imagine if it was your child starving and what you would do.

All the things above are allowed by our current system – it is preventable! There is enough resources and ability. There is also a huge polarity in the distribution of it worldwide, and the maintenance of it by our current system.

We need to end this separation! So that we can have 1 world where people can actually learn to love each other for real. Without the cultural programming that abuses and treats people as slaves that blindly follow.

Who to trust , when the world turns to dust

Their are many contradicting articles coming up about the Japan scenario. The government does not release much information, and is known for not giving a full story / being more reserved.

At first the Japan government did not say that for example there was an explosion in a nuclear power plant - but after amateur footage popped up documenting it, they had to come forward.

They kept on saying it was not as bad as it seems - probably to calm the population, trying to keep things under control, and because a lot of money is involved. The economy is being seriously bashed.

the 16th of March a new message was received from the European energy commisary Gunther Oettinger saying: "this is a comming apocalypse, I believe that is the right choice of words".

70 procent of the fuel rods (splijtstofstaven) in reactor 1 of Fukushima and 33 % of those in reactor 2 are damaged. Kyodo has got that info from Tepco. The reactor cores in 1 and 2 are described as "meltdown".

An australian teacher that taught in english in the school of Fukushima is fleeing for the radioactivity, and is hard towards the australian media: "the japanese are brainwashed,most of them have no clue what is going on and about to come. Ren Gregorec also sais the goverment, is deliberatly holding back information. "

SPEEDI, the system measuring radio activity and how it will spread, is no longer working since friday, announced the japanse NHK. The Japanese government and the nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency in Tokio base themselves on the measurings of SPEEDI to decide on evacuations. The agency that is repsonsible for the working of that system admits that after the tsunami and quak of friday, SPEEDI has not worked. It also sais that it will not succeed in getting it back online soon.

" people outside Japan know what is happening in the powerplant Fukushima 1 almost 3 hours sooner then here." yesterday leaked that the Japanese prime minister got angry at Tepco, manager of the nuclear power plant, because they only told him after an hour about the first explosion in the plant, and he first had to see the videotape online on a foreign newswebsite.

People are now trying to get out of japan by any means necessary. They are wanting to give all their money to private jets who will take them out of there.
Also the workers at the nuclear plant may be unaware of the danger they are in, and they will probably get very sick due to the radiation that they have already been exposed to.(Note: by now I read they are already aware they will probably die from radiation exposure. When I said "unaware of the danger they are in, I meant they might not know the true radiation level. However they have a very different culture then our culture. But again, I am not an expert and do not know the working of a nuclear power plant throughout. My dad does though, he works in one :P ) There were some experts on tv here in Belgium, saying they did not know how those people were allowed to keep working there. But they are like the only "hope" of the government to get things a bit under control. If they leave then certainly everything is fucked.
That is why I wrote that "they may be unaware of the danger they are in". Because the nuclear expert on tv did not understand it. But now we hear they do know, and are "sacrificing" their life to keep the situation under control.

So what exactly the reason is for holding back so much information?
can be numerous things which I am not sure about. One of it is keeping the population calm, not creating more chaos. But it shows that nuclear power plants are not that safe after all. They are also not designed to withstand terrorist attacks for example. And then they are build in unsafe eartquake regions, all to make the economy grow, make capitalism grow and make profit. We always want more and more and only consider what can go wrong - when it is actually going wrong. We do not need all the crap sold to us, the millions of factories. Is capitalism the best we can do? Hell no! We are just made to believe it is. But think for yourself. Millions starving, exploited, abused. The millions starving for years and years is even worse then this catastrophy if you have to judge it on the size and time of the event and the suffering involved. But we have gotten used to it. This system destroys life! It does everything for profit. If we would have an equal money system, then all those unescessary jobs would go, no one forced to labour non stop for the profit machine, stopping the brainwashing of people to think they need all the crap sold to them. Millions of different kind of candies that harm the physical body, millions of gadgets, shoes, toys etc... It requires massive energy this system. That is why they keep on building nuclear plants. Like they can't stop, it is amazing. And when you need such a high production, you need loads of energy production. And then they claim we need all the nuclear powerplants for our energy. We actually need that much energy to produce all the crap sold. All the abuse and inequality.

I stand for a world without that sort of brainwashing, without the disregard of life, without the buying and selling of crap that breaks as soon as you blow on it, a world without a media brainwashing people that they need crap to be happy. If that was not existent, the demand of energy would be MUCH less.
We might start to have a look at ourselves, who we are, and how irresponsible we have lived. It is like we are an alien species dropped on a planet, exploiting the hell out of it until it fucking rejects us.

In the Equal money system, no people would be witheld information that can damage their health and lives. People should be retreated asap from an area that is now very unstable and very dangerous. Also things have to be build in safe places. If profit is not the driving force then this is no problem. As long as profit is the driving force then people will say "we need to build those things because else our economy will never get better". As long as countries and people are in competition - nothing will ever change.

One hamster more or less, who cares?

One more starving person in this world, one more child's legs being blown to pieces in a war, one more animal suffering the wounds for the make up tested on it's skin to see the effects, one woman being raped ... who the fuck cares?

It has become a daily standard, reading these things in the newspaper or seeing it on TV. Not only that, we are also flooded with video games, cartoons and movies that constantly bombard such things into our brains. The visuals flood in, and it would be ignorant to think that it has no impact what so ever.
It is almost as if we are being made numb to these things, to find it normal, to accept it , as if these things are part of life, always have been and always will.

There was an article today in our newspaper about someone throwing a hamster to the ground, and out of the window because of spite. She risks 2 years in jail. I was not surprised about that - it is murder. So I decided to reply to the article, as I often do, together with many others. It is interesting, and often tragic to read what people are thinking.
Soon after I wrote my reply, there were some that commented back as if I was a lunatic. "you kill insects anyway by trampling it", was one of the justifications. As if we can now randomly start killing and abusing, because we trample on insects. As if that justifies us, using our emotions and feelings to injure and harm other living beings that we do not require to harm at all. Who are simply living here on this planet just like us. It is the same excuse as "people have always starved, so it will always be that way, so don't bother trying to do anything about it". It completely removes self-responsibility. Always "waiting" for the future when it might get better, or simply not waiting and just giving up instantly because of self-interest, laziness, fear, depression etc...

This hamster, was a living being. It was born as life, same as we were born as life, in the physical, same as a dog, or an elephant. Part of life, just in a different expression. A different body, a different way of communicating. But it was alive, and it had no desire to die. It can feel pain, and respond on the pain and emotions of the animals it lives with. Same as we do, and communicate in our own way with each other. Does it make us superior because we can invent things? No, we have used our inventions more for egoism and destruction, then for the good of all. It only shows us that animals can live on this planet, not taking more then they need , not wanting to make all kinds of things to deprive the earth and other beings. When it happens, let's say overpopulation, it is not with the intend that humans have. Because we often have an intend of causing harm, on purpose, feeling special/superior, wanting to make profit and not caring what it takes.

We can measure our own ego by looking at how we view animals. The bigger the ego, the more you will see humans as superior (probably because you are part of them). But there is nothing that makes a human body superior to an animal body. Only the human judgment/mind creates those believes. Using justifications why it is better than other life forms. And why would someone think about that in the first place. For a thought such as "I am superior to.... because of ...." one must already have a gigantic ego. Else you do not think about such things.

when I read the recent reactions, it is cool to read that people agree that this is murder as well.

We do have to make this into physical action to change situations like this. Saying things might open a few people's eyes and understanding, but will not stop the system for creating more people that think such things are normal.

There are many people who see humans as superior and justify abuse of animals as "no big deal". These people are not just going to vanish, or are going to see they are equal to the animals. They will make babies and pass on their own values and judgments to the children, which will continue this into the future.
The only way to tackle it, is thus by changing the system, especially the educational system and parent guidance. Now a days, almost everyone can parent children, even when the parents are abusing the child (this abuse is often more subtle then many think - for example learning a child to be obedient instead of using common sense as a tool for his/her life). The values in life have to be taught to the children early. This is as important as the math and language skills. Because it will determine our outlook on life greatly, as well as the way we behave and speak. Common sense education will give a better start for a child to be a critical thinker him/herself, and not just follow what the parents dictate. The parent counseling will also help the parent to understand what is most effective in raising children, how to communicate and not manipulate a child through fear and desire.

The children are the future

That is not just a random cool sounding quote, it is the truth.
When they learn to direct themselves, instead of being manipulated to follow emotions, or use emotions to manipulate - they will not allow themselves to go into anger/spite/rage/jealousy, and as a consequence of that throw hamsters to death, or hit or kill another person. When parents teach children to follow emotions, and also set the example themselves (for example jealousy) - then the child will see it as "normal", "that is being a human" - and will be able to commit such acts. It keeps the world existing in the same patterns of abuse over and over. Because emotions and feelings will control everyone, in spite of life, in spite of others and ourselves.

Someone that commented on that article saying "the person was outraged and that is why he/she killed the hamster, so it is the fault of the person who outraged that person".
Which is not true - because only you yourself allow yourself to go into rage and jealousy for example. Even when another does something, it is still you allowing those feelings and thoughts within you. Jealousy only happens when you see someone as your possession, which you have accepted as something that you need to have to feel a certain way. It is also based on ego/self-interest. It is always about yourself. It does not justify the person killing another being. If you allow anger to possess you up to a point that you harm others, then that is your own full responsibility.

It is important that this is explained to people, so we can learn to see this for ourselves. Because someone can say that over and over, but if you are not willing to look at yourself then no matter who say it , you will keep ignoring it. Because as soon as you see it, it means you see your responsibility - and people like to hide from taking responsibility.
We have become a culture of blame.

The above is what will be dealt with within an equal money system. In the current money system - everything is about making money, profit, and superficialness. People are treated as objects of consumption who have to be manipulated to agree to the status quo, not think for themselves, and keep buying and believing they have to work hard for all the shit products the need to desire to consume.
capitalism = needs lots of profit => selling of lots of products ==> requires lots of unnescessary jobs/workers ==> requires people to agree with it and thus desire those products ==> creates things to make people desire more and more things they don't need ==> makes people buy those products ==> and so the circle continues ...

You must be stupid or naive to believe that animals don’t feel. And of course only the selfish human can allow such a believe within him or her.

One of the most heard rumors about differences between humans and animals is that "animals don’t have empathy". With other words: they cannot feel what another animal feels.

They have discovered that chickens are perfectly able to feel the emotions of their chick. When they are stressed, the mother chicken gets stressed; when they are happy, mommy is happy as well.

British scientists concluded that after a research because they suspected that with chickens and chicks, empathy can help mothers to fulfill their role.
One of the tests consisted of ruffling up the chicks feather with an air pump. This gave the chicks stress, what also lead to stress signals in the mother chicken: heart rate went up, temperature in the eyes lowered (stress signal with chickens) and she became alerter. The chickens made more sounds to their chicks and smoothened their feathers.

Relevance
Female birds can show empathy and are influenced by the emotional state of other animals. This discussion is relevant for the well being of animals in farms, factories and laboratories, sais researched Jo Edgar from the university of Bristol.

According to the researches, chickens are regularly exposed to other chickens with stress and pain. They refer to the common cause of fractures and deformities on the legs of battery chickens.

Notes about this article:

First of all, we are still treating animals as inferior by using them as test subjects for our so called "scientifical studies". Causing stress and discomfort just to see if we can discover if they feel. Even if they didn't, there would still be no reason to abuse them or treat them as inferior. Do feelings make someone superior over another? No. Is a tree inferior just because it is stable in it's place, grows very very slowly and does not show emotions? No.

Looking at this topic of "empathy" in general, we can see that it is often a selfish act. We often feel strongest for those close to us, who we have memories about and attachments to; thus a selfish act, because it is always about our own feelings towards the other. In moments of anger and frustrations, those feelings fly out of the window and may return later when the negative feelings are gone. And that shows us the extend of how our feelings and emotions control us. When the negative emotions control us, our care disappears or is reduced significantly, where we may even commit acts of violence (physical and mentally) or aggression towards the other we previously cared about because they made us feel good.

If I would have to describe love, it would not be “feeling strongly for someone, wanting to be with them 24/7, moving the world for them” etc…
Those are all statements of extreme separation and egoism.
It is pure self interest, which people often use to hide in their private little love fairytales and relationships, ignoring the rest of the world and only stepping up for the ones they feel about. If the one they feel about would be abused in another country, they would do whatever they can to save them. Yet when people in other countries, they don’t feel about, suffer and starve, they don’t care. Because we don’t feel anything.
That is what being mind controlled is all about. Feelings and emotions are part of memories and thoughts generated and stocked within our minds. Which then control our actions and words, what we will do or not do.

Real love, would not depend on such a selfish and limiting feeling. It would not be limited to only those we feel about. It would extend to everything, and do what is best for all. It would not allow abuse on this planet, and beings to suffer.
Thus real love, is not a great feelings. It often means struggle, not feeling so well, pushing your limits etc… to not allow yourself to be limited to the feelings programmed into you. Only then we can create a better world, and truly start to care about each other.

It does not mean you cannot hang out with specific persons or live with them, of course you can. A mother and father can still raise their children. But not at the expense of life – which currently happens in our system.
Where our economic system deprives other countries of resources and money, which creates abuse, racism, poverty, starvation, egoism, consumerism etc… The equal money system is the solution to all of this. Where people can enjoy life, take care of each other, be with the ones they enjoy to hang out with, and not being that at the expense of others, as hiding points in a world where we cannot afford to hide. We are the rich ones, the middle class, the elite. We have access to the pc, the TV, the media, schools and jobs. We are the ones that can stand up together and stop this abusive system. You are as great as Obama, or Bush, or Osama, or the Dalai lama. There is no one superior and don’t let anyone tell you that. All the people together, 1+1+1+1+1+1 , make up this entire world system. Without the people, the system is nothing.
And for that we have to stand up as a group, because the system is a combination of people and companies. It is not an individual basis.
